"JM" ( I know all the "J"s are confusing) probably had to link that up with evidence he knew the DT was going to bring in on their case, thus opening the door...kinda like "You stepped in it, now let's see you scrape it off." That really tightens the thumb screws because DT brought it up first and based their DV on it when in fact, it maybe something entirely different.

This is not a case where there was a rape and the victim's sexual history...the jury does not need to hear. I am fed up with how anything against this ridiculous person can't be shown to the jury because it is too prejudicial because the DP is on the table. She is not ever going to be rehabilitated. She got tremendous pleasure out of doing what she did. She butchered another human being because they didn't want to marry her NSFW snatch. I do not believe she is going to get away with this but...I had to rant. She is not worth the taxpayer money being wasted on her.

Weren't we led to believe via ALV "it" originated with someone supposedly approaching Jodi at work in Yreka and telling her a story about TA, which Jodi lied about to TA? Something inconsequential that supposedly prompted his May 26 tirade? Looking forward to JM clearing that up for the jury. Jodi did something terrible to TA that elicited that response.

I was remembering Dr Demarte saying it was because JA had hacked into Travis' accounts again. But I could be remembering wrong.

That's a reach, that it was just placed there for a photo prop. That's like saying the turned off phone doesn't prove anything neither, the battery really could have died.

Tell me what you think her motivation was for the pictures, if not just taking pictures of each other to take them, like they've probably done before. Think it through. Remember, she (or they) deleted these photos. There were photos of her genitalia. What was the point, other than just to take them?

I've already stated this in previous posts. I think she either wanted souvenirs or to blackmail him by Mimi finding these pictures when they were in Cancun. Her original plan may have changed when she decided to delete the photos. We know she was the one who recorded the sex tape and asked him to repeat everything he was saying on it. She's not beyond blackmail, look how she's assassinating his character now.

Since it was Travis' camera, the 90+ remaining photos would have been taken by Travis, correct? I wonder who was in the photos and if she was hoping that the person/people in the remaining photos would have been blamed for Travis' murder. Why else would she have left those photos and not just taken the easier and quicker route of deleting them all. There just has to be a reason why she left them on the SD card.

I was wondering the same thing. I posted one day that JA's was writing/coloring with her RIGHT hand all day in court. The next day I noticed she was using her left hand and has been ever since. Maybe the defense read it and reminded her she was "left handed"

Jodi may be ambidextrous. I use a fork and write (on paper) with my left hand, but do everything else as a righty (hold a glass, iron, cut w/knife or scissors, golf, tennis, bat, guitar, sew, you name it). If pressed or out of necessity, I could write on paper with my right hand, though it requires focus/control that I don't need with my left. Oddly enough, I use my right hand with ease when writing on a white board/flip chart paper (or chalkboard/backboard), using my left in this case feels awkward/unnatural.

I think JM might have that info, but it is not allowed into evidence for some legal reason. Maybe too prejudicial or it is hearsay with no foundation?

But I agree, it would be vital info for the jury to have. I bet it was some kind of stalking/blackmailing behavior that set him off.
