Hummm... it tips, but looks like it could still hold some weight, though no actual weight bearing measurements were taken. The problem for the DT is that everything would move forward and maybe even fall onto the floor. I suppose they could argue that she cleaned that up in her fog/flooded-hippocampus-induced memory loss state, after she cleaned herself up and had no blood on her hands or feet. But, that would show executive function, so... no fight or flight or fhiml.

Yippee! I love jury question time. :)

Love Detective Flores, but he should NOT have done interview. Period. I am sure he never will again while a case is pending.

I agree, and ditto JM even if local media ambush him again

Whatever det. Flores said to Jodi when interviewing her, it's obvious that he didn't have the full story yet.

Nurmi wanted to know about weight on the VERTICLE part??????????? WHAT??

  • #1,847
Whoa, Nurmi seems like he doesn't really give a carp right now.... "Whatever ya wanna call it, railing, rods....."

Wow. The expression on the killer's face today shows me that the overwhelming damning evidence against her has definitely made its impact, as if it's slamming her in the head relentlessly and repeatedly. Very, very good.

Her twin is staring bullets today.

It's been said that the eyes are the window to the soul.

The killer's soulless satanic eyes reflect her vile empty core, in which nothing lives.

What line of questioning was KN trying to ask?

  • #1,851
I wish JM would have explained the hair / dates connection. His case was a loooonnnggg time ago!

:jail:

He couldn't because the witness that was on the stand didn't have knowledge about the surrounding timeline. Juan will clear it up in a nice little packaged box with a bow on top in his closing.

This IQ thing - she scored a 119 on the overall test, which means she is above average intelligence although the label is "superior" intelligence, but she scored 136 or 7 on the verbal part of the test, which places her verbal/communicative skills in the next range of 'very superior". But this doesn't mean that she has very superior organizational skills, or logic skills, or even math skills - and these tests don't account for common sense. Her "very high IQ" means nothing. She failed in so many areas within her scheme to kill TA - her "superior IQ" failed her. And thank goodness for that.

She pointed out to the jury which shelve she stepped on and exactly where the gun was located when she was on the stand. The only reason he wanted to cross exam Det. Flores was to get in some info that will help explain manslaughter.

Try to pay attention, Jodi, after all this is your life the taxpayers of Az. are wasting their money on. What a lack of intelligence she displays to everyone...
