:rockon:OMG, my computer acquired a ransom malware two weeks ago and totally crashed. Just got it back from a computer nerd who had heard of it but had not seen anything so destructive. The malware completely locked up the computer and held it hostage demanded $450 in 48 hrs or it would destroy everything. It also threatened to destroy files and documents if someone else tried to unlock it. Nerd said that is exactly what happened as soon as he attempted to unlock it. He did manage to save some files and loaded it onto a new harddrive. It has been very painful not to post with all of you. I was forced to follow trial on HLN along with thousands of commercials.....:banghead: It's good to be back.

Well.. IMO its obvious it was a lie regarding her claim of it being stolen, but Juan's questioning of the witness today PROVED FOR A FACT THAT YET ANOTHER OF JODI'S TESTIMONIAL STATEMENTS ARE BOLD FACED LIES IN PROVING THAT JODI ARIAS IN FACT HAD THAT EXACT CLAIMED STOLEN HELIO PHONE WITH HER WHILE EN ROUTE TO MURDER TRAVIS.. AND THAT IT WAS THAT SUPPOSED PREVIOUSLY STOLEN HELIO IN FACT WAS USED IN DOCUMENTING PICTURES OF MISS JODI ARIAS WITH HER NEWLY DARKENED HAIR ON JUNE 3 WHILE EN ROUTE TO THE MURDER!

Absolutely, and from Walmart no less, on the occasional small purchase. I assumed it's store policy because maybe it's less paperwork, or maybe the credit card processor is temporarily down at the time I get my refund.

Probably because the credit card company charges for each transaction so if they give cash back they are cutting the credit card co out on that transaction.

Help me out with something. I can see by your post count you must be a very regular trial watcher. This is my first trial and as I see it, they are still working just not on camera. And JSS has cases every morning before this one. You can see that on the dockets. The DC are obviously taking up a lot of her time and I know some people feel JSS should have been more assertive with the DT so perhaps that attributes to some of the chamber talk. However I just don't understand the 'we can't see her so they are not working' argument.
