I don't think anyone really does know for sure. People are speculating because, after tomorrow, there is no court until Wednesday and the judge indicated that they would start early and go all day. That does sort of sound like it would be the sur-rebuttal and witness that the DT wants but who knows.

ETA: I'm not concerned at all about this guy or his ability to discredit Dr. Demarte

No wonder she has been more frantically drawing, erasing, etc. over the last few days - she only has a few days until a sentence is handed down on her, and she won't be able to sell her crummy drawings anymore. So she is trying to get as many completed as possible. I read that some of the money she made on selling them went to house and feed her family who have been here in AZ for the trial.

Please, I've asked this before to no avail. When did this new Dr. Dude evaluate JA??? Was it before trial ( I really don't remember him from the doc's I've read). Did he not evaluate her prior to trial? Did he evaluate her after the trial began and after her hearing all the testimony? Please someone clear me up on this. I really don't get it.

We don't know if he is going to be allowed to take the stand,but if so I would imagine he would interview her this weekend

I knew that is what she was doing in court while her lawyers try to save her life, she is doing her terrible art work and selling it for $3,000.00 each. The state should take that money as reimbursement for all the money the taxpayers are shelling out. I thought public defenders were only for people without resources. Apparently she has plenty of money now, even though others are hiding it for her. And someone needs to pay taxes on that income, too.
