Look at the stress on Tanisha's husband face. He has been such a rock!

I don't know why, but to me, but I "buy" premeditated murder if the gunshot came first and then it went wrong and she stabbed him, etc but to me a stabbing is more a crime of passion. Does anyone else see why I would think that?

I predict an extended weekend filled with gun vs. knife posts following today's testimony.

  • #664
Dear God, he kept trying to get away from her and she kept stabbing him before she shot him in the head.

Death penalty!!
And I'm against the DP!

I'm sorry

there are just too many incidents of gunshot wounds to the brain much worse than this that people have remained conscience from

I have posted many examples

a .25 is a low velocity round that doesn't produce the hydrostatic shock that larger caliber rounds produce

while it may be probable this injury would be incapacitating, it is definitely not for certain, especially with such a small, slow moving projectile

I wish the prosecution would argue that the sequence of the wounds DOES NOT MATTER

I trust the ME. Period.

JA looks like hell today. Lovely.

I noticed that immediately. No more little hair clips and carefully teased out umbrella bangs to soften and frame her face. Not even a straight part and the hair is dirty, the eyebrows are unplucked and the mustache is unbleached and unlasered. Nope, you can be sure Reality has paid her a visit during the night.

You can forget about your sex reassignment surgery in France. How you look doesn't matter, Ms. Thing, because you are headed for a dirt nap.

Of all her ugly clothes, this green brown polyester sweater shirt combo has to be thee ugliest of them all.

I was thinking the very same thing. Very ugly. Is JA trying to look sorry for her actions today? What's with all her emotion? Too little, too late.

I'm so sorry the Travis' family has to hear this again. So horrible for them to imagine his last moments. I'm just thankful that Juan is making it clear JA's story is total BS! Hang strong Alexander family, Travis loves you for all you are going through to find justice for him!

Dr. Kevin Horn - ME w/JM

Exhibit #207 - is this gunshot wound you found - it is.
gunshot went thru brain - right frontal lobe - may have been able to take a step or 2 but collapsed immediately . . . not just passage of projectile thru brain but also shock wave from gun shot . .. he would not be able grab someone (doubtful)

don't believ he would be ABLE to protect self - unable to raise hands, process interaction or verbalize due to injury to brain.

period of time - if JA went to bedroom grabbed knife and came back 10 sec. later - TA would not have had capacity to grab knife.

back of hand - see no injuries . . .
palm of right hand - no injury
#177 - tip of the thumb on right hand - injury - consistent with defensive would.

attempted to raise his hand and attempt to grab weapon.

if shot first and 3 seconds went by - doesn't believe TA had capacity to raise his hand for defensive posture.

back hands photos - no injury
exhibit #180 - incised injury to palm and end of thumb
was he conscious when these were inflicted?
it is purposeful - he would have to be able to get his hands up - don't believe possible to do that after gunshot

lateral edge of left hand - deep incised injury of back thumb - defensive wounds

if gunshot had been first shot - 5 seconds later would TA be able to raise hands in defensive posture?
no

if gunshot was first wound - 2 or 3 seconds elapsed - would he have capacity to crawl away on all 4's?
no - that is purposeful action - he didn't have abilty to do that

if he is having convulsions he may have ended up in that position

look @ stab wounds @ torso and neck

only in midst of convulsions but he couldn't act in purposeful way

in a couple of seconds - TA unble to engage in purposeful action - would he be able to get up and walk 5 feet and stand @ sink
don't think - purposeful action requires coordination t stand and walk - don't believe he could have done that

would he be able get up to walk and ambulate down hall if gunshot was first?
no

end of that hallway - was this inflicted while he was still alive?
yes

gunshot first - ambulate 18 feet to end of hall or to the sink if gunshot first
no

no further questions
cross exAM

Neat and tidy!

She just can't help herself.... she just looked.

Juan is doing a really thorough job of detailing all this.

Saw that and I don't believe she is crying. The tissue to nose is to irritate her nose and make it red.

Boy Juan was quick. Wilmont will get lost.

Danm you Jodi Arisa! Danm you!

  • #677
That was short and sweet-well, not so sweet, but very well done.
Now here comes Willmott. UGH

  • #678
Will post again...fair warning!

This is the end of today. We will have no more testimony. Don't lose your head when it's over!

  • #679
Just more evidence she's a LIAR!!!!
