IMHO (I don't know the laws) but I believe her family or her friends can write a book on her behalf (3rd party). As long as SHE doesn't profit from it.

When I heard the pregnancy "story"/rumor, I instantly thought of Andrew Bagsby/Shirley Turner/Zachary Turner scenario. Thank god, in those few years she never accidentally ended up pregnant with his child. If history were to repeat its self, Jodi was just the kind of evil to make that happen.

I'm glad to hear hubby is okay. Has he made jokes yet that you beat him? That always goes over well in the check out line.

We did that in the er, we had about 4 stories going..at the grocery, one of us always walks up late. There are inevitably older folks behind us. He wears a dapper driving cap and long wool coat, very distinguished. I say..'you're cute. you know..my husband won't be home till later...' And he offers to help with my purchases. Old ladies about fall over. We are 55 and 59, lolol Our kids think we're nuts..

I am thankful for a broken nose and concussion..could have been so much worse. I am a CBIS cert. brain injury spec..this stuff gets to me..

I think I'm suffering from PTSD....I've had avoidance behavior - haven't posted since the CA verdict. Now I'm having flashbacks of her smiling face (CA) as the verdict was read....I'm creeping out of lurkville and hoping we have a different ending for this one.

there's way more evidence against arias. the only thing to worry about is the obfuscation by the defense, and it's not nearly as strong as "we have no cause of death".

even for the details where arias' defense may have provided something of an adequate smoke screen/deflection, there's too much to prove premeditation. i doubt there are 12 people who have sat through the entire trail entirely foolish enough to go with a lesser charge.
