It seems pretty obvious that Jodi was not a frail little woman taken advantage of.

Her and Travis had a very unhealthy relationship. They both participated in that together and made it what it was together.

At any time - either of them could have said "stop". Neither did.

It ended tragically. Horribly. A young life forever gone.

This isn't the first time someone killed their lover. It's tragic. It's heartbreaking (especially to Travis's family). But it's not something that's never occured in the world before.

So I'm always a bit curious as to why Jodi is being viewed like some type of unusual serial killer monster who used Travis - with the intent of either owning or killing him. There is no evidence of that at all. There's no evidence that Jodi ever was that person. It's a nice fantasy - if you like fantasy.

Travis really should have married Deanna. He didn't though. He chose not to. Shame entirely.

I don't know about you but last time I checked, brutally murdering someone was far from normal or something that is taken lightly.
It takes a monster to kill someone the way Travis was killed. She has proven herself to be a jealous, lying monster. She did Kill him as she states so herself, but she did not do it in self defense, her story holds no water.

Hi all,

I just came on here to say I'm jumping for joy for people who are stepping up to help the family now in BIG ways. It's been an entire day of wheelin and dealin. And the help from people and the community has been AMAZING. I'll be able to tell more details later but my heart is so full with the love and generosity flowing the direction of the family.

Also I'm not worried one bit about Juror 8 being released. And I'll just leave it at that.

i think he is being called to trash dr. Demarte. He will conclude any/all of the following:

She is too inexperienced
she administered the wrong tests
she gave the tests improperly
her interpretation of the testing was incorrect
dr. Samuels rescoring was ok
dr. Alyce's 44 hours with the defendant should be the determining factor, she knows jodi!

In the middle of the juror question "can you explain why you think Travis was still alive when his throat was cut?" Jodi turns to her right and looks to be scribbling something down. I'll bet that was juror #8's question and she was waiting for it to be asked.

I though there was a previous post saying juror 8 was not in court at all today?

I think he'll be there to primarily reinforce the PTSD as opposed to BPD. Hopefully the judge has really limited the scope on this. Cause if I have to listen to JW chirp on and on about the mostly out of context emails, instant messages and texts, I may have no hair left.

I think you'll get your wish--his testimony should be limited in scope.

In the snowmobiling video, Travis sure likes the word 'crap'. It makes me laugh. :giggle: He's so cute!

What doesn't make me laugh is that JA obviously took that over too. She said 'crap' on the stand several times. Her chameleon-like qualities freak me the flip out.

This really caught my attention as my ex also did not show that demon until I was strongly attached, it is as if they instinctively know when they have you at that point. Interesting. More things to ponder. I wonder if this couldn't be another symptom or sign.

My ex's inner demon came out the day before the wedding BUT unfortunately I had already bought the dress!

I look at the photos and my first thought is Jodi Arias should die. They are brutal. I'm glad the jury is seeing these.

They may be, but it's too late now. JSS has set the schedule.

A set schedule means nothing. If the DT had viable new evidence to present she would allow them to add to the one witness they currently have in their sur rebuttal. But I think the point is moot anyway. The DT would not be able to find a expert that could or would refute Dr. Horn's testimony. If they could he/she would have testified in their CIC.

One of my favorite trial moments was when Lisa testified that Travis didn't like the words "poop and fart" LOL I may have to find that and watch it again
