I'm really stunned at the animosity and disdain being shown towards Travis....being blamed for his own murder. :facepalm:

This happens from time to time. Just ignore it and pray for justice.

I did a little looking and found the you tube video described by JA. This is the clip of people dancing with tin foil boxes on their heads.

This also matches the "daft hands" reference in the web search and site history.

Maybe you have already covered this point but, just in case I went ahead and pasted the link fyi. Clearly the clip, while goofy, has nothing to do with or pedophilia.

I wasn't debating his character. I was responding to another post that had raised the issue of the emphasis that had been placed on character and sexuality. My point is solely that none of that has a bearing on the crime. As for the nuances involved in the post, if you read the OP and the series upstream you will see that there was a discussion involving some of those things.

And I'm saying that raising these issues, still, and over and over again, shows that some are still thinking that mattered. I guess I don't see the point of addressing them any longer. Carry on.

This poor, poor man. What he went through in those minutes. Listening to the injuries and events before his death today was excruciating. I can't even begin to imagine what went through his mind as he was being stabbed repeatedly and trying desperately to get away from that woman. Then to have her slit his throat after he managed to get down that hallway perhaps even thinking she may leave him alone and there is a way out.

To then, add horrific insult to what she did to him, and shoot him in the head. (I am one of those who believe he was shot last and IMO I think she did it because he may have been showing some movement physically even though he was dead and she wanted to just finish everything).

Today's testimony brought back all the early testimony which many people may have "forgotten" I am glad they revisited it with the jury; they needed to hear it and see it again ESPECIALLY now knowing everything she stated were lies. It truly hits home after all the other testimony, the inconsistencies, the downright lying....

She deserves nothing more than death; this is just evil and evil has no place on Earth

She is such a narcissist that there wasn't a doubt in her mind that Travis would marry her. She invested all of her imaginary future in him. Travis was everything she wasn't and the only way she could have those things was thru him: house, job, friends, social life, etc. was to latch onto him.

Once she met Travis she moved into another bedroom and stopped sleeping with Darryl. Darryl was of no use for her anymore, she devalued him.

With sociopaths, people are just a means to an end for them. Parasites. She didn't love Travis she loved his life.

I just don't understand the hatred toward him, why not just move on and pick up another unlucky soul to latch on to?

This was probably already discussed (I can't read all the pages, sorry). They showed side-by-side pictures of the actress, Janet Leigh, from the movie Psycho and Travis doing similar poses in the shower - looking up at the shower head, turned with back to camera, in a seated position and another one - I think there were four poses altogether.

Did these pictures surface earlier in the case? Anyway, first time I saw them and they are freaky! Travis was acting out the same poses as seen in the movie. That's just weird. Did everyone see these pictures? I believe I saw these pics on NG, if not, Dr. Drew.

With all due respect I haven't seen that in anything that has been posted today. Admitting that the relationship was mutually unhealthy and saying that the circumstances could be used to educate, is neither condoning the heinous acts or blaming the victim.

He didn't deserve what he got in any way shape or form, people are just thinking critically about the circumstances that preceded the act.

I am glad the defense is putting on another hack at this stage. What do you think the jury will think, now that Juan has rested his rebuttal? They will feel irritation, disbelief, anger, impatience, incredulity and exasperation. Think about it--they KNOW THE CASE PERSONALLY. They have suffered through Nurmi's slow-motion-agony and Willmott's snarky, shrill & sarcastic questions that show she has no basic understanding of what her witness is saying. They have been "pop tarts" while Nurmi & Willmott stage their endless motions and side bars and in chambers meetings. They have wasted countless hours on Jodi's digestive tract and ever-present migraines when she feels things aren't going her way (and they took note that Jodi was on the stand for 2983 days with NOT AN INKLING of a migraine).

Now, right before closing arguments, they are going to be forced to sit through another wackadoo who feels that his testimony is for sale, just like the two other hacks. Not only that, but this guy has already SOLD BOGUS TESTIMONY and the AZ Supreme Court (or CA) cited his useless testimony.

BRING IT, NURMI & WILLMOTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The jury will hate you and your client even more!! Yay!!
