I wonder if he will use the low height of the shots to plead he shot low to wound 'intruder's' legs, and not to kill, now state has effectively proved that shots were low....

Eh ..I don't really think it matters either way. The shots were low because OP was shooting from a low position on his stumps. I don't think anyone is really going to argue that he was only intending to wound an intruder and not kill.

I agree - it doesn't advance the State's case of premeditated murder one iota.

Neither side (State of Defense) spent very much time at all on the blood spatter evidence.

Probably because he couldn't conclude very much.

I think they were able to show rather definitively that the head wound wasn't first though - which means the screams are in - and points back to him knowing it was Reeva in the toilet.

Arterial spurting could have been caused by the wounds to the head and right arm.

Your user id has compelled me to ask you this question :)

Do you agree with the ballistic testimony given by Captain CM?

precisely, Briskate... while Mungeena couldn't differentiate between the 3rd and 4th shot a to sequence ( one was a misfire that richocheted all around the place, he was awfully firm on the first and second shots. hip. then head.. the blood spatter man confirmed that positioning..

TY BritsKate! You're right.

Phew - for a minute there I was thinking the blood spatter evidence was a total wash.

I could see them trying this.

Still have to wonder what OP was thinking by shooting so low, was he trying to scare or maim or just in rage no paying attention to where he was aiming?

Any real intruder would have hidden behind the wall on the right side, or he would have jumped out of the toilet window.

He used an XRY to download the info. Non intrusive/non destructive.

Nel asks if he is able to change any data...I think he answers no-ish.

poor poor woman..

court is back. colonel mike sales..

a colonel with the technological services section.

you download data from telephone technology.. you downloaded the data from an IPAD.. using a cable as a direct link.

which forensic tool ?? XRY.

the XRY forensic tool downloads the data in a non intrusive mode. non destructive..

are you able to change anything on the data?? only when I phone INTO the IPAD at the beginning. it shows me dialing in so to speak.

now. the XRY 2 will give you a general outline of the instrument??

you downloaded the bookmarks??

* all correct to these answers..

you then printed out the general information and the bookmarks from the data
