he was under the impression that this was the only phone the accused owned..

but no. he then allocates a number to another device.. he gets the number from the internet service providors. he finds an error in the numbers..

you then got detailed billing on a ANOTHER phone?? yes.

inside the blackberries, were stored 2 simcards. we applied for the data , AND THE SERIAL numbers of the 2 blackberries..

I got then, THREE sets of billing. this was alarming. I had 2 devices..

the handset seized from the accused, hd a diff number the accused had another phone

this phone was last used, 3 months before the incident.

He had to get serial numbers for blackberries as well as the sim cards. Only received three sets of bills...accused had a second cell that was not seized.

OP hid a phone.

From what I saw, Roux was there but completely blocked from the camera by OW except when OW moved to one side or bent over.

Blackberries seized not used since two/three months before killing.

the 2 simcards, were what is called a SIM SWAP...

now. .blackberries are making use of the usual simcard. . the owner had to obtain 2 new simcards,, to use this phone. exactly the same phone number, diff serial numbers.


you then got billing details for 3 devices. 2 from vodaphone, 1 from Deepa.

Like the witnesses I wasn't timing it so couldn't really confirm one way or t'other but I seem to recall (being cagey here in case you turn out to be a Roux3) seeing him more than once but less than 5 times, but exactly at what point of the morning, no idea. But... I wasn't watching all the time anyway, just listening while writing.

FM: I did normal extraction on phone of the deceased.....it would have been 2,688 pages to print it out for court.

He did a 'jailbreak' on the device. So he could install other software other than Apple stuff. So could install forensic device to extract deleted data as well. Another 55,000 pages!

you link the device to the computer.. cable, infrared.. you then extract the data saved on the device.

you can extract 2 types. logical. all the data the USER has put on it. incoming outgoing chat, text. pics. I did that.

2688 pages of info.

jailbreak?? this is another way of downloading.. a sort of defining device.

thi enable us to recover deleted data.

that gave us more data. 55,000 pages..

He read through 700 plus of actual msgs from Reeva's phone.

you have to set up an account. .. the provider sends you email.

when I extracted. I found 2 email addresses. reevs at something and reeva at gmail.
