According to this testimony now OP called them first. Right?

Why wouldn't he just activate the security alarm, that is the point of having security. Why wait until he has shot a human being to death before a few seconds of a phone call to security.

Nel: Show a clip?!

Nel does not like this at all.

Nel: I don't understand this milady. Before the court gets to see this, there should be some basis before we get to see this...I have no idea what we are looking at

Judge: State hasn't seen this before?

I think Roux has shown Reeva had strong interest in cars....

Might he be implying that, since Reeva also seems interested in cars, that the history from the night of the murder showing car websites visited could have been by Reeva?

Legally not relevant if one asked or the other offered, if they did it, obvious from the evidence, t'was illegal under SA law. Similar in the UK as a now ex-politician and his now ex-wife recently found out when they were both found guilty of Mrs taking some speeding points for hubby 10 years back, and hubby for colluding with her to do it. She stitched him up in a "hell hath no fury move", and ruined his career, but the both went to jail for 9 months (out in 4 or so for good behaviour!).
