WOW he doesn't have balance without his prosthetics but he can shoot a high power 9mm pistol without any trouble!!!

Pretty sure he'd have tripped and taken out Mrs. Stipp on her balcony if he'd been allowed to return home.

Talking about his work with war amputees etc. Charity work etc. 'It was just about changing people's perceptions...I went to a local radio stn in Zim and called on people with prosth legs to come and race me. They lost their embarrassment afterwards- all pulling up their pants, showing their prosth legs.

OP talking about his charity work - even made sure to drop Nelson Mandela's name.

My Lady did not take notes during that portion either. She rested her head against her hand - seemed bored or unimpressed.

Objection.....relevance

If you think you need a green bucket to listen to this garbage, just wait until he starts talking about Reeva. I don't know if I can handle that!

Now talking about his charitable work. Oh purlease..
"My foundation".. means "my tax relief and financial planning"

I am very surprised this is allowed. For purposes of sentencing, fine but this is inappropriate and people actually look bored. However, it will pass. He should enjoy this chat show whilst it lasts because soon it will be an interrogation.

So he has admitted to not being very stable at all on his stumps, and yet he was running about all over the place that night on them, according to his testimony. How did he even lift and carry those fans on stumps, if he has virtually no stability on them?

That was good!!!

So I put to you why rush up to confront a burglar instead of waking Reeva and while you put on your legs get her to press panic button and call police while aiming the gun at the passage... or better still, get Reeva, gun and your legs and get at least past the bedroom door so you there put on your legs and wait in ambush of any intruder instead of rushing into what could have been your ambush by an intruder ?

I'm sure he said - while he was prattling on - that he kept his legs beside his bed rather than at the base of the bed. I hope that's brought up again as Samantha Taylor said they were kept at the side of the bed too.

Coz we all know a dog is more powerful than a pistol!! :D

Waiting to hear his personal experiences with burglars and violence.

R: Runnning; any impacts on your friendships?

O: It did. I travelled a lot....Huge effect on perceived friends. I started earning a bit of money....hard to come back after months and they're dating different partners. It did change a lot of the friendships I had.

Interesting that he ALWAYS puts his prosthetics on when rising. Nel will make a big deal of that.

yadda yadda yadda

:floorlaugh: .. maybe she is taking the 'give him enough rope' approach ..

Right, I'm off to the dentist... maybe not so bad after all! Will catch up with the actual trial later.

He is actually making it worse for himself by saying so much .. just like in his affidavits .. he is giving far too much information out, and giving them more things to interrogate him on.

I bet Nel LOVED hearing him say that.

Thought I'd mistakenly tuned into 'This Is Your Life'.

...can't see a red book anywhere?

Bet he won't talk about all of the alcohol he drank before crashing the boat!
