Love his terminology for having two-timed his ex at that initial event he went to with Reeva .. he said something like 'because I hadn't RSVP'd with my/my partner' ...

Ah right .. he's gone back and addressed that one now .. he basically says it was ST's fault because she'd been sleeping with someone else and had been texting him about it/wanting him back. ST has already testified her side of that .. so that's a bit of a 'he said/she said' thing but I know what my money is on ..

I didn't get much of it at all, but OP did just say a whole load of stuff that made Sam sound a bit like a stalker really. I think that was a definite attempt to discredit the testimony she gave.

I'm so sick of hearing them emphasize the number of "kisses" one or the other put. It is really just a stupid "X". How hard is it to hit the "X" key 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 times and how are we to attribute any real feelings of endearment from an "X" ?

OP: Just pressure in general. I was dealing with a lot in general. Both from the media, both from my training team, pressure from my finances, I was purchasing a new home. I think a lot of factors contributed to that.

He’s claiming now that they were looking at furniture…saying they were going to move in together.

Pistorius is talking quite a bit about stress, from Sam Taylor who he claims sent a message how she cheated on him when he was at the Olympics.

He’s also labeling Steenkamp as difficult; she’s one who was finding the relationship and it’s ramifications as hard rather than him.
OP: She really struggled, it was really difficult for her, there was still stress for our relationship. There was a lot of stress from her side. She had her own stress on top on what I had to deal with.
She was emotional.
She was stressed about her appearance.
She was stressed about her diet.

O is now reading lots of little msgs where they say how happy they are with each other etc. Also the one where he said she looked amazing. OP says Reeeva wasn't happy with a photoshoot she did. She'd had trouble with her diet and he was trying to reassure her.

We are on msgs from 18th Jan now. About not eating supper and feet falling asleep.....

I find it interesting that OP sent several text messages to Reeva over a period of time asking her if she was safe, but on the night he shot & killed her, in his version he didn't make sure of her whereabouts nor did he ensure that she was safe before he fired 4 bullets through the toilet door.
