How annoying. What else did he say he surfed on the net?

Have they lost a file again?

No surprises there then ;)

Couldn't it have been one of those cutesy "I love you" "I love you more" "impossible I love you more" "I love you mostest" type of deals? That he was trying to one up her love is such a narrow view of the conversation, IMO. It didn't sound that way, in the least!

O: we started dinner about 7.. After we chatted about Reeva's work. We sat at the dining table...she asked me to go through a contract she was about to sign. I made some changes for her....usuall after dinner we would watch TV but we both had a taxing day so decided to go upstairs.

While we were taking the plates, Reeva asked me if I wanted a warm drink. I said yes and went upstairs. She joined me a couple of minutes later.

Long pause.

That is what I meant by childishness.

So they ate 8 hours before... Sayman says 2-3. Even at a push 5 would be an awful lot for food still being in Reeva's stomach according to the accepted time lapse for it to be safe to anaesthetise a person!

O: ...around 8, I opened the balcony doors. It was a humid evening....at the time the air con wasn't working.

Judge asks him to clarify he's talking about bedroom. He is.

O: I opened the sliding doors. I placed two fans.....the large one on the balcony with back legs on door and placed small one between it

Now explaining he was using them to get insects out of the room., and how he drew curtains to stop them getting back in.

He had BLACKOUT curtains.

@becsplanb I don't want to be cynical, but how is it that Oscar amended Reeva's(with a law degree) contracts?

O: If the curtains are drawn, you can't see anything in the room. Along the top of the rail you can see a little bit of light, but even during the day, if the curtains are drawn, it's pitch black.

The bedside table lamp was on, or one of the lights was on. At that point Reeva came into the room. I put my drink on the table....I closed and locked the door and laid the bat down

(somehwere in a gap??)

O: I had problems with locks and latches before

Ah, he is saying door was broken so he used bat to keep it shut.

O: House does have an alarm system. Outside sensors battery operated. When it was painted in 2010 they took them off the wall.....I put the alarm on every night by remote. It made a noise to indicate it was activated.

O: I took my prosth legs off, to let them get some air. I put them as close to the door as poss, nxt to the bed. And I got into bed. Reeva jumped on too. We were surfing and I texted my cousin....I called him. His name's Graham Binge....we got onto the topic off cars. That was the conversation I had about the Golf.

What if she sneaked downstairs around 12 for a quick bite because she was hungry for real food? without him knowing about it because he was asleep?

They just had on Sky news TV channel a great 3d floor-plan (probably on their web too), and it showed how much easier it would have been for OP to grab Reeva, mobiles, gun and legs and go out of the bedroom and either run downstairs and out, or why not go into the guest bedroom, lock the door and sit their gun aiming at the door to wait for the police.
