Sigh. Okay - the police could have removed the fans and thrown them in the gosh-darned swimming pool - how exactly does that prove that Oscar never intentionally fired 4 shots into a closed door? How does that prove putative self-defence showing he was in fear for his life?

He is, imo, doing so much more damage than any good.

I can't believe this. Defendent lecturing the court on who will give evidence, what police said, dissecting the photos and stating so firmly 'it will be demonstrated'.

And he is not answering any questions. Outrageous. He's taken over the courtroom.

OP is talking about the case like he's a disinterested, third party. Nothing to do with him. And he sounds a bit like a lawyer? He is not answering the question, just reading something.

Judge asks for line number from where he is reading.

This is exactly why they've been trying to jolt him back in again .. but sadly, I think he has perfected his 'mind over matter' skills, and it won't make a lot of difference to him to be shown Reeva's head wound every so often. He seems to be able to just blank it all out .. when it suits him.

Now he doesn't know what items have been tampered with yet he's surely the one whose had to point out any inconsistencies to his DT as they don't know where everything was until OP says "that shouldn't be there" or "that's been moved"?

Pic of bedroom with fan shown. Nel asks what was tampered with. OP says he doesn't know because the bedroom was dark when he was in it. Talks about seeing another photo with box of tissues moved and a CD?? moved.

I think what OP is saying about tampering is that in the police photos, things are in different places in different photos. So he is not saying some item was tampered with because he remembers where he put it and a photo shows it in a different place.
