OP's dancing on coals to not say he "intended" to shoot a burglar.

  • #702
O: I can't say I intended to shoot.

Nel 'unfortunately I have to show you something...'

Bail app.....

  • #703
Thank you Mr. Nel!

'My life is on the line.'

'But Reeva doesn't have a life anymore. Stop thinking of the implications to you!'

Shouted "YES!" at my laptop at that point! Must try harder to not get so carried away....

  • #704
And this is going to go on for days!

  • #705
Just said a few moments ago he never intended to shoot anyone or to shoot the door. Now, bail affi says he did shoot at the door. It's obvious why, he says. He's never denied it.

(Um, yes. He did.)

  • #706
"I fired shots at the toilet door and shouted to Reeva." is read from bail affi

O: It's not that I didn't do it, I said it's because I didn't deliberately do it.

Breaking News: OP now confesses he fired FOUR shots accidentally into his toilet door :floorlaugh:

  • #708
He just keeps saying he didn't have time to think before he shot, but then he says 'many' things were going through his mind, about people being tied up on his estate before and assaulted. So he had 'many many thoughts ' which kind of contradicts 'not having time to think' as he had many many thoughts.

Also interesting was how he forgot an answer he'd given about the fan less than 2 minutes after he was questioned about it!

Oh a side note. I want to marry Nel and starch his shirts :floorlaugh:

  • #709
Wow. OP will not give a straight answer to a question, even if not doing so makes him look really really bad.

  • #710
Four shots with a pause cannot be accidental IMO.

  • #711
I wondered why Nel wasn't insisting he answered yes or no or cut him off when he went into a 'version' but Nel's not really interested in the yes or no, just how many different ways OP has of answering every question.

He's making it clear that OP is trying to remember what evidence has been testified to rather than answering a direct question.

I genuinely thought I heard applause at that, then realised it was just me :floorlaugh:

Are we on a tea break or is that it for today????

And nothing is his fault. Ever. Which makes him look worse.

No you don't. If you get the creases wrong, he'll call you on it, Lol!

Gerrie Nel- just wow.

  • #717
My head is spinning from this disaster, he just can't help himself. I tried to kill a door

  • #718
Oh My shades of another defendant who talked in circles.
Are we in Arizona???

Wow! I'm not seeing a connection in the 2 defendants at all. OP is making perfect sense; Jodi Arias never did.

And no thoughts as to the gun licensing rules he signed up for or that it could have been a child intruder behind that door.

Has anyone kept a list of all the people OP's apportioned blame to so far? I kind of have half a one;

Darren - speeding, irresponsibility with a gun

Sam - stalking

Police - moving things, telling him he could wash his hands

Roux - he got his client's affidavit wrong
