Have you got a link please?

It has just finished for the day now, but it's on every court day & for 1-2 hours after court finished
Have you got a link please?
WOW a legal expert is tipping that the DT will ask the court for a postponement in the morning due to OP being emotionally unwell. They are predicting the court will have to allow it.
I'm pretty sure OP testified yesterday that he locked the door when he got ready for bed. I think he also mentioned the locks don't always hold that well.
R: Plastic bags?
O: Trying to put pressure on her, to stop the bleeding. Ms S asked me for rope or anything, to tie R's arm so it wouldn't bleed so much. There's a cabinet in my pantry...don't know if I fetched them or Ms S did
I thought so, that OP is talking without point and comma, because I have seen an interview that I did not understand a single word.
I'm only following on twitter and I do know why.
Though I would think, he is very eloquently.
Are you talking about the part where Nel is questioning him about walking "onto" the balcony? That's as far as I've gotten, but I haven't heard OP say that he wasn't there when the bail aff was written or any of that?
If that's the issue you're talking about - I would say he should have been more accurate with his wording so as not to give a misleading impression that he was on the balcony. However, I do not equate this with Mrs Stipp giving a statement that she saw someone in the window when she didn't see such a thing.
But maybe there's more about the affidavit that I haven't gotten to yet.
Oh, dear God. Oscar now saying the doctor who came didn't seem to know what he was doing and that he seemed overwhelmed. That he, Oscar, was already doing everything the doctor said to do.
IMO The judge seems to be somewhat protective of OP.
And he took special care to say that he hadn't gone through Reeva's purse... that he'd just grabbed it.OP said yesterday that he would use the cricket bat to secure the door. Hmm... He also described his bedroom doors as being made of "solid wood." Ok. Then immediately said that his solid wood doors were "brittle." Huh? And that they would swell and get stuck from the humidity. Hmm... Then today he says that when he ran upstairs to get Reeva's purse for the paramedics he had to barge through his bedroom doors.

This is what I picked up. And now I'm wondering if she was being so to avoid the possibility the poster is raising underneath your post, of the trial collapsing because OP is emotionally unfit?
I don't think so - pantries are usually attached to the kitchen area. He went upstairs to get her purse - which he absolutely didn't go through - for paramedics.Ah, did he add that in to "explain" his unexplainable sudden trip upstairs? I don't remember Dr. Stipp saying anything about rope in regards to Oscar suddenly hot-footing it upstairs.
hey guys , where an i watch todays session again watched it live but there was so much going on , I need to watch again TIA
Oh there's lots more
R: Did you go to the kitchen?
O: Reeva had already died before the ambulance arrived so I knew there was nothing I could do for her.
R: Did you at some stage go to the kitchen?
O: I stood a bit away, the kitchen's open plan....then a paramed came to me and said 'I'd like to inform you, Reeva has passed'.
Yes i noticed that he RAN quite a lot before putting on his prosthetics !The biggest point that came out for me today was he totally smashed the perception of him being so unstable & barely able to move on his stumps. Today he claimed he ran on his stumps
No worries. He intentionally showed it, which is why I think he wanted to show the watermelon shooting video. To purely have a preface for the head wound photo display.
Judge didn't object to photo. Was up for few mins, though she was prompt in requesting it be taken down asap.

In his affidavit, he says he went out onto the balcony. Now he says he never said that and that he was never out on the balcony. That's quite a leap from on the balcony... to never on the balcony. You did say if he'd knowingly signed a document that contained incorrect information, you'd be hard on him too... and he did indeed knowingly sign a document that contained incorrect information. It can't be one rule for him, and another for Mrs Stipp. He's also insisting his version has never changed, when in fact it's changed quite a bit! And if he knowingly signed a document which had incorrect information in it, how can you be sure which parts of it are true anymore? Are you talking about the part where Nel is questioning him about walking "onto" the balcony?
