Man this cross examination is so damn frustrating but you can see OP doesn't want to commit to any answer because he doesn't know where Nel is going with things

This is a dead end IMO .. taking a few messages out of context and trying to make it seem like this was the whole relationship, it's a waste of time and it can be so easily redirected by Roux.

So Oscar criticized Reeva's accent - and what does that have to do with anything?

GMAB I have several clients who are competitive athletes (triathletes, Iron Man athletes, 42k athletes, etc.) and NONE of them are in "s**t" moods after training.

I personally find this message highly relevant so fully endorse Nel ripping it apart syllable by syllable if need be.

Oscar.. she was putting on an accent for some role she ws preparing for.. the day before we were having a serious conversation, bout the house I was buying she talked in a silly accent all the time thru it, I told her not to do it.

I snapped, she took offence at it..

He kept doing it all day yesterday too. It's aggravating because you do begin to question what you heard - I kept having to look to Twitter to make sure I'd heard what I was almost certain I had.

I don't think the truth needs to change whether it's about throwing a tantrum or anything else - that it does is telling to me.

Well, he also admits to it. He's taking responsibility for it.

When his testimony is finished and other witnesses do their testimony, can OP be brought back to the stand if Nel discovers something from the other witness testimony that he wants to ask OP?

Yes, if he's trying to make the point that OP never takes any responsibility and blames every bit of bad karma on someone else -- well, ok, but I do not think this is a very effective way of making that point.

I think he's trying to wind up him. At some point OP will get agitated and admit some sort of truth.
To me, all this is to try and make OP loose his temper.

Whether that's right or wrong I don't know...I'm not a lawyer.

Folks, I moderate with a very, very light hand however I have had it with the namecalling and general tone of this trial discussion thread. This is not a sporting event! A woman is dead and a man is on trial to determine how/where he spends the rest of his life.

Can we have a bit of reverence here? Come on, folks!

I don't understand the use of all the laughing emoticons either. 95% of the time they are used inappropriately. I can't disable just one smilie but I can and will disable the use of all smilie emoticons if you guys can't use them responsibly and with respect.
