O says he doesn't know if she felt humiliated. Thinks it made her unhappy, maybe offended her.

Nel is pointing out the same things some of us have pointed out in OP's so-called 'apology' text - OP blamed Reeva for his actions, rather than taking responsibility for how he behaved.

It is classic controlling partner patterns. Arguments every week for a whole month.Everything is about Pistorius and it seems everyone is a liar to him, but himself. It's showing up clearly, he can't take responsibility on big or tiny details. All liars:

Sam
Derrin
Roux
police

This is fascinating, it's a subtle dissection of a relationship and it's incredibly important to find his mindset and credibility. Most people wouldn't care because they don't see the possibility that when there is a killed partner, sounds of loud arguing, the relationship is likely the motive.

Have to admit the messaging CE is only benefitting Nel if he can bring other evidence to show he's lying or abusive but as the PT's evidence has already been presented then he can only elicit possible lies by OP via other defence witnesses and I can't see that happening.

however it doesn't prove he shot her on purpose. It's not enough.
