Haha. I love it. Judge makes the junior attorney stand up and apologize for himself

Weird robotic voice appeared in courtroom. Judge makes Nel sit down, demands to know what the noise was. Roux stands up, aplogies, says it was one of the attorneys and judge says:

'He can stand up and apologise for himself'

He does.

Nel., you wanted her to whisper..

Oscar. I wanted her to whisper it, not speak it.

Nel. you had to pick up her friend. you blame her for this..

Masipa.. interjects.. whats going on..? ( there was a sort of scream in the background )... the attorney has to stand up and apologise for himself.. ooo)

back to Nel. you were upset having to pick up her friend??

Oscar.. she wanted to spend time with Darrin we were late already.. . oh I am having trouble typing following this, because Oscar is getting stroppy and talking very fast..

I'm bored now for the first time during this trial lol (no disrespect intended)

Nel, Nel, Nel ...you are not even making sense now

The judge would have stopped him right in his tracks a long time ago, it hasn't happened she looks very engrossed in his cross examination.

I bet that will be the last time anyone leaves their cell on in the courtroom.

It is classic controlling partner patterns. Arguments every week for a whole month.Everything is about Pistorius and it seems everyone is a liar to him, but himself. It's showing up clearly, he can't take responsibility on big or tiny details. All liars:

Reeva
Sam
Derrin
Roux
police

This is fascinating, it's a subtle dissection of a relationship and it's incredibly important to find his mindset and credibility. Most people wouldn't care because they don't see the possibility that when there is a killed partner, sounds of loud arguing, the relationship is likely the motive.

Totally agree, and am quite mystified by the posts on here this morning which have been saying it's all irrelevant. It's massively relevant.

I swear I thought I just heard another one!

Oscar... what I am saying here is there were plans that were not planning out. I wanted to get there earlier.. she wanted to stay later. someone needed to drive Gina..

Nel. what I am saying here, its you blaming here..

Oscar.. I said I was sorry. I any argument is the result of two people being offended..

N: If you don't like it, u shld have asked Gina to drive.

O: It doesn't say that. It says 'You should have asked Gina to drive herself'.

.. if only she had just whispered in his ear ..

.. if only she had put the peas on the right side of the plate ..

Only because Nel keeps bringing it up...I wonder what type of accent R was using that OP didn't like.

Debora Patta@Debora_Patta#OscarTrial Nel: You said you've never thrown a tantrum. (Now he says he didn't say that)

BBM. So...I haven't missed much then? ;) G'morning/evening everybody - many thanks to those transcribing. :blowkiss:

I personally find this message highly relevant so fully endorse Nel ripping it apart syllable by syllable if need be.

Agree, can't understand all the negative reactions to this line of questioning. Roux must have put 30+ kiss, kiss messages before the court, so Nel is entitled to question just how loving the relationship was 2 weeks before her killing

I'm watching for the first time too, Freya. Oscar's voice sounds so wimpy and pathetic. I'm surprised by that.

It's much stronger than it was the first couple of days. I watched some of the other days on YouTube.

No she's not. She has general jurisdiction -civil, criminal, etc
