Pros' Batman (who is there) is starting to look great after seeing DT's Batman!

Nel asks how many shots fired night one?

D: Milady I cannot say. Not very many. Because the gun was jamming, and the black talon ammo was very difficult to get....

Is anyone else having trouble with the feed?

'Take it from me, I'm testing your integrity' is so gonna be my new catch phrase.

Please pardon errors as posted via Tapatalk with a less than stellar user.

Oscar is sitting there watching all that hard earned rand disappear straight down the toilet bowl along with everything else (his much loved girlfriend's brains, his reputation, his career and his freedom).

I bet he is absolutely fuming.

It seems very unprofessional to conduct the tests on two separate occasions...the recordings would need to have been done under identical conditions.....impossible to achieve in an open range with recording equipment....placement, levels, ambient noise etc.etc.

Exactly .. and he should've been present at both to oversee that the experiment was being conducted correctly.

Blimey, they may just as well have put up that YouTube cricket bat/gunshot demonstration that we all saw a few weeks back

Listened to recordings of gun shots in an office. Not sure who was present on the range. He "presumed", or "not sure". Well definitely the end of Dixon's evidence. Perhaps that's why there's no reports...not worth the paper they would be written on.

The sound recordist produces music, witness said.

Music is certainly playing now, to my ears. Requiem....

He's said he wasn't even there for the gun shot experiment!

That alone makes Roux look very bad. He used this expert to present that evidence before the court

Wondering whether he used the bat like a cricketer to replicate the quick noises as it wasn't possible to do it as fast if he held the bat upwards

ie. the way Oscar struck the door was not the way a cricketer would hold the bat and it was held upwards and the time between strikes would be longer? so the only way to fit the quick strikes in the defence position is to hold the bat down ?

I know what I mean anyway lol ;)

I know exactly what you are saying. And when OP did his demonstration, showing how he held it and tried to open the door, he said it was not held like he was playing cricket. It was more like prying the door open, with shorter strokes.

N: Why did you not tell the court the first night didn't work?

D: It did work, it just needed refining....

N: So we're talking about a music producer?

Nel is pinning expert to give expert testimony and, oh my gosh...

D: I went on the internet to listen to sounds....

Nel infuriated and judge says : Mr Nel, restrain yourself.

I hope Nel isn't picking on music producers? That's my job

I need an urgent sidebar with Judge Masipa.

Having trouble with both wildabouttrials and telegraph, getting bandwidth errors, my pc must be downloading something.

Guess I will go to bed and listen to the tapes later.

Good Day to All!
