I'm getting pics now, but the screen in court is extremely hard to see. Unless it's my eyes.

No it was very hard to see, I thought so too

D: What we are seeing here is a bullet hitting with sufficient energy to crush the stone..

But says it was a glancing blow, not head on.

Oscar looking self contained and calm this morning, on bench.

Does anyone know if there is a saved copy of that new overhead toilet shot anywhere that was shown recently.....finding this hard to follow already!

Why so much testimony on the one shot that missed Reeva ?

Marking my spot......

There are two people on either side of Mi Lady. One lady, yesterday, asked Oscar if the light in the toilet was broken. Why does she get to ask Oscar a question? And does she help Mi Lady determine guilty/not guilty.

She should have asked were the actual electrics defective or was it a bulb that had blown, big difference .

Oy vey.....talk about dragging this out time wise,,,.,,.,gees

He is talking about speed of bullets, 'each time it passes thru something, it loses energy'

So he seems to be saying mark in corner of tiles is a ricochet that's passed thru one object but not two? Not sure what defence is trying to say here. They are talking about bullet hole F but I am not sure if that's first shot or what.

Maybe to discredit Mangena's testimony.

I noticed a website page yesterday that said Mr Dixon used 'novel methods of crime detection'. Which to me, means untested in the wider world of forensics.

Very longwinded; too much so, IMO. Just wait until Nel gets a whack at him.

Ah. He saying how much force would still have been needed for bits of tile to hit Reeva in the back: 'I cannot see how a projectile like that could change direction after hitting a soft surface (Reeva).

He says he would expect jagged edges and is saying those wounds on Reeva's back couldn't have been caused by them, I think.

Thought again... maybe to draw doubt to Mangena's testimony, more especially about the bang...bangbangbang. OP going for automata (or whatever it's called) defence... involuntary shooting for a try at acquital ?

Wow! look at the big crack in the door, I can see something moving behind it. Very telling.

  • #77
When I hear those whispers out of the blue, it startles me. eek. lol

  • #78
Oh, dreadful. An assistant standing in box and they are pinning pics of Reeva's back wounds to his back. Ugh.

  • #79
Is that the actual door?

I can't believe it, it's easy to see something behind the crack. I suppose the light behind will make a difference though.
