But OP said the magazine rack was in the corner.

WTF?

He can't make up his mind where the magazine rack was.

O/T I heard this morning that a mum reading a message board thought WTF meant "Wow That's Fantastic" :D

She was close to the door in the first shot. Splinters in her arm and hip elongated entrance wound. I wonder if she was locking the door when he fired the first shot.

I think the second bullet coming will be the arm to show OP fired second shot without the gap Mangena noted... defence is going for involuntary shooting, OP didn't realise he kept pressing the trigger.

D says 'bullet was coming from angle' re wound in Reeva's hip.

Roux trying to get him to say what position R would have been in

D: Close to the door with her arm tucked in....slight angle to door, not straight on.

That's for first shot. Now onto arm wound, second shot.

Lol... that's too funny.

D: There were sufficient wood splinters in the arm...person's arm must have been quite close to the door...

Was Reeva left or right handed?

OK, I believe she said tomorrow will be last day until May 5th and that would make it only 7 working days off.

Even with the Easter Holiday (Friday & Monday?) it still doesn't add up to me.

What am I missing?
Sorry if this has been answered but we have a lot of public holidays coming up in the next 3 weeks, not all religious. :)

That's why I think she was locking the door.

He says it implies the bullet that hit R's arm/chest came from the side, and shows a position that looks like she might have been reaching, almost to try and open the door?

OP covering head with hands again. Maybe he has bucket?

Wouldn't most of this part be for the ME to determine? This guy seems to think he knows all, IMO.

Cracks me up that he is allowed to testify as an expert in about 4-5 different areas. This would never fly in a US court. He might be permitted to testify as an expert in one area, but this guy has testified to everything re. lighting, medical opinions, ballistics...

I know he is ex-LE but that doesn't come close to qualifying him as an expert to testify in all these areas.

I wish the judge would lose it for a moment and say, "Oscar sit up. Just sit up."

  • #134
This is too long winded

D is saying she was in same position, side on to door, very close to it and the handle, when hit in hip and arm, then she was 'suddenly falling'.

Yeah....guns seem to magically shoot on their own accord when handled by OP

Bit like our dear Prime Minister David Cameron who thought lol meant 'lots of love'

OMG...like an instant amputation. She could not have moved her right arm.

  • #139
OMG! "The reason it was travelling on... I don't know because I'm not a ballistics expert" and yet he's clearly giving ballistics testimony!
