He says she was falling and turning as she was hit in the head.

I'm not sure how it benefits defence to have Reeva standing right by door when she was first shot.....

You have to be suspicous of the fact that this guy is giving ballistics evidence instead of a ballistics expert.

Initial impressions with this witness today.

1.Roux interrupts him and really leads him or puts words in his mouth
2.At times seems to be working backwards from his conclusion instead of getting there from evidence.
3.At times good.

He is holding mag ravk and showing the side and handle that could have caused the wounds.

And I think Roux is losing patience with his own witness. I heard a big sigh then.

My goodness there will be a big demand for this guy, would save a lot of money in hiring many experts at trials. All based mostly on photographs of this and that he can give a long winded conclusion of how every State expert is wrong. Not definitive mind , it's 'I would not expect' and 'probably' and 'in my opinion' .

Thank goodness Roux is done! Nel will put 'Jack' through his paces and challenge his qualifications, IMO.
