There's been a few phones going off this morning, Milady hasn't said a word!

Joe Expert, not only used a model 20 cm short than the accused but he took the photo from a point below, a perspective and angle that would further diminish the height as perceived by the observer at that point. The Stipps perspective was on the same plane as the accused, not below.

VERDICT: TOTAL DECEPTION

The width of the view obscured by the curtains was the most important factor in the Stipps photograph. Holding the curtain out of the way was not deception?

You can't have it both ways.

Witness replies to Nel that with curtains open, 'I could see the bed and a lot of things'.

Nel hones in on that: 'Why would you say that? Why would you say, 'I can see the bed and a lot of things', as an expert witness, a professional?

A guy that made a genuine mistake in killing someone would really need to use this amount of lies, deception and general BS wouldn't he?!
I'm ready for this trial to be over.

Pleeeeease finish with him by tea, Nel!

He's still waffling on and not saying why he never took notes.

Witness says it wasn't just the moon, houses had been built in fron and light from them illuminated the room too.

Nel asks if, standing in front of OP's house, the house on the left of his had lights on?

D: Some lights...I did not make a note of every single house (lights).

N: Why not? Why would you not make a report?

Dixon lives in a cave apparently, no surprises there..

"Who the f&$# is this guy and where did you find him! Imma break your legs"

"Hmm...it was the same place we found that interpreter for Nelson Mandela service...." :truce:

Oh that interpreter saw angels - OSCAR SPEAK!!!

Wow, he doesn't have a TV, doesn't have a radio, doesn't read newspapers, hasn't followed the trial. Doesn't like outside influences.
He should be on a jury, not the witness stand!

It is, isn't it .. well, all the better for the case against OP <<-- if that was all true then he wouldn't need to produce witnesses who manipulate their 'evidence' in such a way.

.. oh dear .. :jail:

WTH is he going on about? The curtains being open has nothing to do with you not owning a TV or a radio. Which I find odd for any expert not to have in order to keep up with current events. He doesn't seem to know even the basics about this case.

Geeeezzzz!

No TV Radio at home. He doesn't read newspapers. He is a Hermit.

Witness says on previous time he went there, there was no full moon and with the curtains drawn, the bedroom 'was pitch black'.

N: Ineresting observation of yours...you know the state's case is, the curtains were open? You did not even take that into account?

D: I am not like the rest of the world. I don't have a TV. I don't have radio, I don't read media reports....I no longer listen since I've been giving testimony

Nel pursues and D says he cannot say he was aware of it. (the state's case)
