Within one hour of Reeva's violent death, Stander is giving Dr. Stipp's information to Oscar's defense attorney... not the police.

Any question about whose side he is on?

How did Oscar get a defense atty so quickly?

Am I to believe that OP and Stander had no contact at all even when he was out on bail??? (re. Nel asking him over & over if he ever spoke to OP again after that night)

If so, I'm not buying it for a minute.

He also seemed to be very vague about what he and Stipp discussed outside. This doctor just examined the body of a woman that he (Stander) knew, who was shot to death by his friend, and he had no inquires whatsoever about the extent of her fatal injuries? I highly doubt that.

Minor or other lawyers...question...what did this witness bring to support the defense? I do not understand with clarity what the thrust/justification of him on the stand was to support them? TIA

IMO he is there to corroborate the time line of who was there and at what time, and to give evidence as to OP's state of mind immediately after the incident.

Oldwage trying to imply Reeva slept there which is nonsense.

Thst very night, Feb 13, Reeva phoned or texted to Cecil Myers taht she was not coming home that night. It was a day to day thing.
She usually went to her home at the Myers.
She was not living at OP's house.

Lol Shane, discrediting Standers version of events as nonsense and yet taking Cecil Myers word as fact when there is not a shred of evidence Reeva called him on the night and he was NOT called as a witness by Nel to testify how he heroically told OP to back off from Reeva or give any kind of evidence about the state of their relationship??

Nel confirming Reeva stayed alone there Dec 2012 and S met her there. S says she could have stayed about a week.

S: He brought her to my house, said he was going to Cape Town and Reeva would be in the house...we communicated thru texts (in answer to Nel's question that he had no concerns about her being there alone).

Nel is asking the same question over and over when Stander has already explained exactly what Oscar said and why he interpreted it as a "mistake" made by Oscar. There's really not much to undermine Stander on this testimony.

Was it not the right of Nel to question Stander about his gross misinterpretation of the facts. It was Stander who blurted it out that Oscar told him he had made a mistake, and then rectified his testimony under cross examination that it was his own interpretation of OP's phone call.

This is fascinating testimony. It's good for those that believe Pistorius version/s

But there seems to be some interesting wording issues - I'm running in and out yet also trying to transcribe - and, this is maybe only my perspective, but he's using a similar belief and wording pattern to two of the last two interviews I watched about Uncle Arnold Pistorius...

Nel has already discredited Stander.

And Reeva's messgae to the Myers that she wasn't coming home that night as sent circa 8-10 PM is on record.
