CS: I spoke to Justin on the phone after I took the phone from Oscar.

She can't recall exactly what she said to him, just that OP shot Reeva and he had to come.

And she also called Piet? for Oscar.

All this time, they were in the kitchen, and OP 'vomited a couple of times'.

Col VR came into the kitchen at one stage and introduced himself, then she saw two men in the foyer who said they were police...later during the day there were lots of police.

So Reeva had a huge hole in her head and she is trying to stop bleeding from her arm and hip?

I know, right?!! We saw that picture of her head. She had brains in her hair

Did you notice that a few times Carice has mentioned that it was "dark". But yet her Dad testified it was plenty light to see relief on Oscar's face as he walked down the stairs.

She at first, mistook the two police in the foyer for neighbours as they were in civvies. She said there was no securing of the scene at that stage as she went in and out a couple of times.

CS: And...they really struggled to get Oscar into the garage as he had to walk past Reeva. He didn't want to walk past Reeva.

She was able to go into the garage and see him in the garage as well.

in relation to police. when did the police arrive??

they arrived after the phone calls. .mr VanREnsburg was first.

Did uyou see anyone else with Van Rensburg??

no. after ,there were 3 more gentlemen. I asked them who they were, they said police.

was there any control by the police??


Yes, well sort of, after us everybody was controlled. I stayed downstairs with Oscar. I went with Oscar to the garage. then I came out again.

after Oscar s sister and I . later in the day. the police were there.. his sister asked if she could pack some clothes for him. I went to help her pack some clothes, the police said that was ok. I got into the car.. I said to his sister, should we take a bag?? she went into the house and got the back she had left it in the kitchen.

CS:I could see she was upset...so I asked police if I could help her (Oscar's sis) go upstairs and pack clothes for him.

She does not recall when she left the house, but left with Oscar's sis, to take his clothes to police station.

They were so grateful to see a stranger at OP's doorstep who introduced himself as a Doctor, but mysteriously forgot to inform the police about his presence at the crime scene.

Ohhhhhh she packed a watch for oscar.

He asks about the phone in kitchen being on charge.

N: First call he made?

CS: Yes.

N: When you arrived, you could see?

CS: Yes, kitchen lights. When medics arrived, we switched on more.

CS: She (OP's sis) did pack a watch for Oscar. There was a policeman with her.

the kitchen light was on at a later stage when th paramedics arrived we switch ed on the light in the foyer.

Nel did you accompany the sister to collect the watch..??

Yes, and a policeman did to.

yes, this is the area I walked to get towels out of the cupboard on the landing upstairs.. this cupboard. the towels fell out..

Now looking at photo of second floor landing. She says it looks 'maybe a little bit lighter' than on the night.

She dropped a towel out of the cupboard and another photo shows it still on floor.

CS: The gentleman was there making sure we didn't go in the bathroom. He was with OP's sister the whole time. At one stage I went into the spare bedroom alone for something.

CS: After the incident...after the bail, Col VR organized I could go see OP, just once...(we did not) discuss the incident at all.
