N checked the plants outside. Thought maybe something happened to a security guard. Heard crying. Very loud crying means danger and you need help. Man's voice was very high pitched. Thought it could be from a neighbour.

it was not normal crying.. it was a distressed cry, very loud, very loud.. a very high pitch voice.. I didn't know who it was.. I was not sure where it was coming from, the left, the right.. I said to my wife.. what is it>?? who is it? it just continues to cry..

I said.. don't switch on the light.. I will look thru the blinds..

mr R. .could you hear what he was saying??

Mr N.. it was 'noooo please'... 'nooooooo please please...

R: Could you hear what the person was saying?

N: It was basically, 'Pleease, nooo, nooo.'

N: My wife said there's no way you can go out, so I informed security.

Was not sure where noise was coming from. Maybe from a patrolling security guard. He didn't switch on his (N's) lights. Heard "No. Please. Please. No." Said to his wife he would go out. Wife said no. He phoned security.

Mr. Raymond Nhlengethwa Oscar's neighbour is on the stand.

He says Oscar introduced Reeva to him as his "fiancée."

His wife woke him up and said she heard a bang, but she wasn't sure if it was inside or outside the house.

He investigated his house and checked his daughter's room and the rest of the house. The rooms. Downstairs. The whole house. He told his wife the noise must have been from outside.

Note: Remember in Sotho the pronoun "he and she" is interchangeable. But not man and woman.

So they checked through the blinds outside. He heard a person crying very loud "for danger." A very high pitched voice in need of help. He heard no, please, please, no.

Edit: Later he went to Oscar's house and heard Oscar crying. The voice not the same as the other voice, it was lower.

my sound is dreadfully muffled, someone must be standing on the pipes..

They are talking about 'Michael' at security, who CS mentioned yesterday.

N: The crying was going on during the call. When I put the phone down, the crying continued. Then I heard a car coming and thought it was security coming.

Didn't get through. 44 second call to security. Spoke to guard at security gate. Told him can you quickly come up to watch my house. Someone desperate for help. Quickly check neighbours. Crying still going on. Was checking through windows. Heard sound of car driving up street. Security.

At least that's confirmed it's not just my ears...

I saw security was talking to the people staying in that house.. I didn't know Dr Stipp..

Witness is what my DH would describe as a 'curtain twitcher'

N: I said to my wife, 'I think there's a problem in that house'. (OP's house or Stipps? He was looking out of his blinds).

Wild about trial stream damn near blew my speakers with how ridiculously loud it is.

It's even obnoxiously loud on the lowest setting!

N: Then I see the two cars driving from that house, so knew the problem wasn't in that house. I went to another window, saw the cars pulling into Oscar's house....I knew then it would be safer for me to go out.

a white car, which belongs to the owner of that house.. ( Dr Stipps house .).. . was reversed in the driveway.. Isaid to my wife. 2 cars are driving off from that house. So its not in that house..

I went to the study, and peeped thru the blinds. I saw the car parked in front of Oscars house.. immediately. I realised.. it was Oscar. at Oscars house.. I knew then it would be safe for me to go out. I said to my wife, its Oscar.. now I have to go up. I wont be able to sleep, I started to leave my house and go over
