The Stipp's house is at the rear, only 60 metres away and directly facing the open bathroom window.

the bedroom balcony is at the side of op house, on the opposite side to this morning's neighbour witnesses' house.

Mr. N, who just testified, stated he checked his home AND made sure his daughter's bedroom door was still locked. He and his wife weren't sure what the noises were or where the noises came from.

I found it interesting that he said he checked his daughter's bedroom door and could hear her sleeping. She must snore.

Mrs Stipp testified hearing help x 3 after the 2nd set of shots...but you're right it doesn't fit with the timeline. I'm now confused.

You sure you are not confused there too... Mrs Stipp heard the helps after the second set of noises ? I was sure she heard them in between the volleys she heard ???!!!

Fair enough. I was just commenting originally on how differently Pistorius acted compared to other people when it came to ensuring the safety of other people in their homes. His utter failure to do this has been something people sceptical of his story have commented on from the time he first gave his version of events at the bail hearing.

But he wasn't sure what was happening or if there was even anyone in his house and his wife had woken him. OP heard noises in his bathroom, only attributable to human manipulation and went into fight or flight.

Checked my notes and you are right. Dr Stipp heard 3 loud bangs, screaming female, phone calls, 3 loud bangs, man calling help x 3, then saw man moving across bathroom.

It appears then that this couple awoke on the last bang, then the male voice help, help , help. Whose to say all timing is accurate as was spoken off before.

Witness confirms again, she heard no other bangs except that single one. Nel asks her to explain it.

NW: There's no other way I can explain it. It was just a bang sound.

Nel: If I look at Dr Stipps' evidence, you heard the last of the bangs he heard...
