She was upset what she heard of the accused. She contacted DT 2 days ago and said she was willing to testify.

YVS says she's a social worker, who was asked to accompany #OscarPistorius immediately after RS shooting, for "emotional support."

Nel said 11.45 reeva was handed to mortuary service that would include being kept refrigerated which then stops the food digestives

Thank you so much :)

During his bail application she saw a man that was heartbroken because of his loss. He was sorry for the loss, esp to the parents.

  • #267
Oh, is Oscar staring at her and flashing his blue eye and flirty looking at this woman?

She was upset what she heard of the accused. She contacted DT 2 days ago and said she was willing to testify.

Oh I bet she's been watching the trial, too.

Ok clearly this Social Worker has a soft heart, but I wonder why this is considered evidence.

  • #270
OH MY LORD...this 'expert' contacted the DT on May 6th cuz she felt sorry for Oscar?

:floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

Oh, by the way...she is a social worker,,,,

  • #271
Wth? How is she allowed to mention the whole acting thing that was in the media? Was that brought in as evidence?

  • #272
IS: I thought I could not contribute to this case, but after things I read about this case, I had to come forward. I was upset about what I heard.

Roux asks what upset her, she says 'the acting train, saying he's faking'

IS: I saw a man heartbroken, crying....he was very sorry for the suffering her parents were going through...it was mainly about Reeva...

Nel objects. What is she testifying about? A statement or what. He's annoyed.

Roux arguing it is to refute the allegations that OP lacks sincerity.

  • #275
That was painfully obvious and m'Lady had not taken many notes. moo

.. I was referring to Alex Crawford, Really? .. sorry for the confusion! (although I do agree that the witness was, too!)

  • #276
Anyone knows, where "my" Alex Crawford from Sky is? There is no live update of her twitter account?
Alex is in Nigeria reporting on the abducted school kids... a very pressing and worthwhile assignment to her, methinks.

The loss was about Reeva.

Nel objects. He says it's inadmissible.

Roux says it was about the accused, not Reeva. Roux says he's rebutting inconsistent statement.

Nel disagrees. Argument. Nel says it's about emotions.

Yes, though I wish he would have asked if intimate relations could have had any bearing on the digestive emptying... I realize RS was a Christian, but she was almost 30, thought she was in love, had said she was no prude and heck even OP had been logged in to a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 site the evening before, surely that topic shouldn't be off limits? I'd like to know if there had been any evidence of violence that way... there was the laceration/scrape on her breast pointing to the possibility. I realize her family may not want to know but if it would help put away the man who killed her...

Ooooooh, I'd thought of bring up that subject, but I really, really didn't want to go there because this entire case is bad enough on the surface without throwing in parts of the Jodi Arias trial, which was, to be perfectly honest, a hard-core full-length 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 flick. (I covered that in great detail last year.) I don't think relations between Reeva and the defendant are fair ground in this case.

On the other hand, the little 19-year-old ******toy Oscar's running around with ought to have her head examined (before Oscar bashes it in with another cricket bat), because this guy is bad flipping news with a capital BFN.

  • #279
N: We have never said there is a previous inconsistent statement ...I waited until Is said he said 'he was sorry about Reeva' If this is just about emotions it's different, but that statement's inadmissable.

Defence have hit rock bottom here, what the hell is this nonsense?.
