now.. Wol is just reading his notes directly. he does a lot better, and Roux has eased off him. but even so. he isn't a good reader either.. lots of stops and mixed up stuff.

Barry's sighing. And so are we.

You beat me too it. Very deep sighs too. He is looking exasperated. He is having to lead Wollie through Wollie's own notes. Wollie seems unable to string the evidence together. I don't doubt he is good at his work but he is a very poor witness. I keep nodding off. I think I shall, for the first time in this trial, purposely go and do something else and read the excellent reports we get here from Zwieb

Why can't the bat be used on the door first and the crack that went through the bullet hole be caused when the panel was pulled out after the bullets have hit the door?

  • #124
Does anyone else think that Woll might be a bit "knocked off"??

I think he's in very poor physical health and suffers from a mild loss of cognitive functioning.

W: recordings made 60m and 180m from the door

M'lady is very polite, professional, reserved, and engaged.

When she gets home after work the first thing she probably says is, "I had no f^*king idea what that guy was talking about."

That is so true! And I was looking forward to this more than any other testimony.

ETA: I never thought I would ever look forward to a tea break

this is the worst journey he's ever been on.

Roux is hustling him, god alone knows why. its not working. Woll needs space to lay this out..

woll says she was not in close proximity to the door ,according to the injuries.. he qualifies this by then saying. well. probably. maybe..

Roux promised..... Tuesday!!

W: The firearm malfunctioned after each shot...so a secondary set of tests were carried out, using a Baretta instead of a Taurus. The cricket bat was not used then...

The semi-automatic failed to fire properly four straight times? Throw out all the test results. The whole damn thing is invalidated.

Yes, Z is phenomenal at this. I really appreciate it.

W: The sounds made by the cricket bat were similar to the sounds made by the firearm but not so loud - but Milady, I must point out I have tinnitus...

Is this 'test' testimony surreal or what?

They were either using faulty ammunition or the gun was fouled. Either way, without determining which was the true case, the test is not valid.

I think the bullet trajectory was slightly downward, so if he was kneeling I think (I'm not sure) that would make him too low .. I personally think he was on his prosthesis and either crouched like he does in his zombie stopper vid or he shot from the hip (although I don't think he would've been able to shoot so accurately with one hand, so I'm going for the former i.e. crouching). I'm almost certain in my own mind that he had his prosthetic legs on that night.

I agree

the gun they did a sound shots thingy, well that gun only fired correctly the one time.. it was a Beretta 9ml... didn't use the cricket bat..

he named the people there.. but he forgot to mention the wives that attended, according to Dixon. no mention of them.

now. wollie says the cricket bat sounds like gunfire, but NOT AS LOUD!!>. who da thunk?? heh.

its like a parallel universe..

Roux has a question. he is going back to the kick mark he hopes is on the door.

Woll says. he did he say they CUT out a bit of the door?? golly.. ''

Wools reminds me of Captain Kangaroo. They look very similiar but don't sound alike at all.

Well, with Woollie's absurdly ridiculous accent, he thought Roux was going to ask him about his testes.

Surreal.

Random1: Some on Twitter are suggesting that Dixon should ask the social worker for a date.

Random 2: Others are fearful Wollie may croak on the stand.
