nel is leading Wollie gently on. gently gently.. leading this horse to water and making it drink. its so subtle and so damn clever.

Nel has finally "got it" in relation to Wollie's level of functioning. He's keeping his questions short and simple.

W: After hip shot, pathologists she couldn't move voluntarily. I think you're suggesting she moved voluntarily?

Nel asks him to tell what he thinks happened. W says he wants to show them but he just had a back op and can't move properly...

woll is stuff on wether Reeva could move voluntarily or not.. .. I think Woll wants to go into the toilet and BE reeva for a few minutes. god help us. he cant, because he has a back injury.. .

Nel is delighted. he invites Woll into the toilet. he takes Wolls jacket for him.

hehe Wolls voice is muffled inside the toilet he is still talking though. he is pleased to find himself inside looking out.

His respiration is going up and so is his blood pressure, but he's not getting enough oxygen, so he's yawning. It's a stress reaction. The witness is totally ******ing his defense.

I did hear before it (yawning) is from the brain lacking oxygen....interesting

Roux was very brusque and short with Woll. And it made Woll more nervous. So Nel is being patient and respectful, for now anyway. And they are finding common ground with the state's case.

They are debating. Nel says Reeva was crouched over by the wall. W says she was near the door. The secondary wounds from splinters mean she had to be near the door. 'We've conducted tests with fresh slaughtered pigs...splinters are consistent with her arm being approximate to the door..'
