W now explaining he did not bring that first report because ballistics is 'not an empirical science' and he has amended things and amended his poor English etc....'The first time I went to the crime scene the door was not even there....the book rack was moved. There were books taken out of the rack and put in blood....we couldn't come to any conclusion at first.

Oh finally! They showed an overhead shot of door with poles and I see what Nel's going on about. He says that standing right by the door, with framing walls on either side, Reeva could not have fallen forward there as she would have hit her head on one wall.

W says there was room for her to go forward but 'Milady, we will never know what happened behind that door'.

OP's finding this interesting. He looks really scary and I'd be afraid of him. If he looks like this in court, imagine how he'd look when he's losing his temper.

For first time W is speaking with clarity - basically, the only evidence they have is Reeva's pants being pulled up, tile damage and wood splinters around her bullet wounds; 'That's what we have to base our story around'.

Roux was very brusque and short with Woll. And it made Woll more nervous. So Nel is being patient and respectful, for now anyway. And they are finding common ground with the state's case.

I loved the little smile Nel gave when Wollie crossed to the door to make a point. Almost an acceptance of Wollie's age and confusion, just as a son might do.

see Nels.. Mungeena is directly to his left. he is facing the camera .. a big well built ( we know he is well built coz we saw him on the stand) .. he is a shiny shiny man.. his skull glows.. he is wearing a spffy charcoal suit with white shirt and striped blue and white tie..

He's to Nel's right hand side but our left on the screen.

W just showed with his own body, how Reeva's right arm may have been swinging uselessly by her side, she was already shot in the hip and falling back with her left hand coming up to her face, with face still facing the door. Then final bullets hit the web of her finger and next one her head,

nel says it's impossible. She couldn't have ended up by the toilet then, and blood patterns there show her head was already by the toilet when she was shot in the head.

Doesn't that scenario W just gave contradict what he earlier said he thought happened?
