Johannesburg - An order by Judge Thokozile Masipa to prohibit the media from tweeting information about Reeva Steenkamp's post mortem results sounds unenforceable, law expert Pierre de Vos said on Monday.

"I haven't heard the whole order, but from what I have heard it sounds confusing," De Vos said.

"It sounds unenforceable. I wasn't there to hear her [the judge's] exact words, but in other court cases, people and journalists use Twitter so I don't know why they're doing this in this case, what makes this case so special."

you just know someone is going to test it to see how enforceable it is..

BBM - true, but I hope that the main details can be published. They don't necessarily have to list every single gory detail for people to get the main thrust of it, but I would hope that any other injuries (apart from the gunshot wounds) would be made public.

My correspondent texted me during the lunch break to tell me that Oscar 's retching was ordinary. masculine ordinary retching. no high frequency or pitch..

and he is surely under stress... he didn't vomit that night, as far as I know.

MORE DETAILS ON REEVA'S INJURIES

Model and law graduate Reeva Steenkamp sustained bruising to her back, buttocks and breast, the High Court in Pretoria heard on Monday.

Pathologist Gert Saayman said Steenkamp had two scratches on her back. This could have been caused by a blunt object or shrapnel.

Her right buttock was bluish in colour. Saayman said this could have stemmed from the injury that Steenkamp had sustained on her right hip, where a bullet had penetrated.

There was some reddish discoloration on her right nipple, said Saayman.

He said this could have been caused by frictional contact.

Pistorius gagged as Saayman delivered his evidence.

Earlier, Saayman told the court that Steenkamp had also sustained wounds to her head, hips and hand.

Dressed in black, Pistorius's sister, Aimee, who sat in the court gallery tried to keep her composure. She fought back tears as she listened to her brother retch.

Pistorius is on trial for Steenkamp's murder.

He shot her through a locked bathroom door at his Pretoria home on Valentine's Day last year. He says he mistook her for an intruder.

The State alleges that it was premeditated murder.

Attending the proceedings was Basic Education Minister, Angie Motshekga.

She sat in the front of the court gallery amid women clad in ANC Women's League uniform.

They were sitting among Steenkamp's friends.

But courtroom reporters are claiming that Oscar's vomiting sounds more like bat strike vomiting than projectile vomiting. We will have to wait till audo recordings settle this. [j/k]

And no i think that all this vomiting is not fakery.

It's important to truly understand him and his problems.
Let it flow... if yoiu can to the conclusion.
