The Judge is discussing the court order to not post photos in the media of the witnesses. Apparently, a media lawyer has challenged the order.

My Lady is explaining her decision regarding the court order.

Looks like Press have objected to 'unheard of' exclusions of witnesses, photos appearing in the press, even after they have testified.

My Lady is explaining that it's her duty to protect witnesses, where it's her duty to do so.

Judge Mapisa giving a court order.. a bit of a smack for Roux for reading out Charls telephone number, etc.. the witnesses are entitled to the protection of the court. it doesn't end when the witnesses step out of the box, it ends at the finalizing of the trial.

the judge agrees , that private witnesses are more vulnerable that public witnesses,. therefore, their protection should be of a different order..

R: Dr S said he didn't get through. Are you positive you spoke to him.

baba means to return call to Stipp at 3.25, but calls Oscars number by mistake. .. Oscar is crying.
