This case has now spiralled into a sick joke. If transparency is not followed, and clearly here it will not be, then I feel like dropping the whole fiasco of a trial. People who got seats in court are hearing this evidence, but those who could not attend (you and me) are having this information withheld from us.

All sealing this does is create wild speculation, most of which might be worse than what's actually being presented. As for OP, it seems he'll do anything not to be presented with the consequences of his actions.

My wild speculation: not all the shots that hit RS were made through the door. He intentionally shot her in the vagina at close range (perhaps even a contact shot with powder burns). That's why he held his hand over her groin in front of witnesses, to explain away the gunshot residue that was there. Now I wouldn't be saying this if I could actually hear what the ME is saying.

Ive had no reports of any .. er.. excess bodily fluids, um. emerging from the.. ah.. other .. you know.. the.. lower body area.. he must have taken his Loperamide and forgotten the ole' ipecac..

Ive almost had enough of Oscar.

Anyhow, I don't have to tell you all how outraged I am. Really, we have just had the case of a young 16yr old, raped, killed and dismembered before being thrown in the bush like garbage(the trial is currently ongoing)

Pity this young girls mom wasn't spared the gruesome details and Charmaine Mare also afforded the same dignity in death!

what floored me, was, that Roux wanted to keep the Proff on the stand and continue on with his evidence..

the proff had to raise his voice a bit to over talk Oscars sickmaking retching and spurting vomit. I .. honestly!!...I am astounded..

If.. IF.. a filtered version of the evidence is given.. can they filter out Oscar's contribution to the whole event??

I sincerely hope to God they can.

Carol.. putting the yucky stuff to one side.. what kind of Clout would be needed to get this evidence into a closed court?? I am presuming Clout of course.

It's baffling .. can her injuries have been more horrific, in quantity and savagery than any other woman so far in South Africa...?

as Carol pointed out.. what about all the other women and children that have had the details of their deaths all over the press.


My first instinct, and this is my nature not a matter of special wisdom, is that someone has a hell of a lot of CLOUT... I just cant decide who because both the defence AND the prosecutor argued for the ban.

Now they are asking for more coverage - making a "mockery," as if this is SO privileged.. it's unnecessary!! Typical amateurs on the Cape, I say...
