D: Op phoned me said heard open knock of a window...caused him extreme anxiety....following the first sound, heard second, toilet door closing....heard a third sound he subsequently believes was the sound of mag rack...

Is that the evidence OP gave about sounds?

  • #43
they are linking fight with startle now

  • #44
Hmm so where's the mama polar bear scenario now... sounds like they're saying he was just scared and didn't even consider anyone but himself, in fact, forgot all about RS.

D says those sounds caused the flight/Fight response, and has now moved onto describing his physical disability/lack of balance. 'Mr Pistorius loathes self-pity..'

Here we go, he has to walk with one stump at an angle again. La la la la la.

All these professors need reminding of what he did that night. Nel is going to have a field day IMO.

So he couldnt help himself because of his childhood experiences? CAN't EVERYONE use this excuse ?

If seems that Oscar can because he has no lower legs.

  • #49
So glad he is explaining how OP is still disabled and vulnerable even though he is a top athlete

Breaking News : One sound has now mysteriously turned in three

But he has perfect replacements, laying within reach. Takes about 30 seconds to strap them on and he can run faster than anyone.

D: ...some of my colleagues are now saying, 'Wayne, how can you now say this individual is vulnerable because of a disability......I don't even think I'm the best person to explain this. I'm not disabled..but I've been studying this for 6 years and so am going to try and explain it...

Barry Bateman @barrybateman · 45s

#OscarTrial Derman: although he has dedicated himself to fighting disability and loathes pity, the hard truth is he has no lower legs. BB

So he loathes pity. But he's loading everything on with a trowel with all the medicos to get just that.

All this blah blah blah from Prof Derman is only relevant if one believes that OP really thought there was an intruder. Does the judge believe the intruder theory? Surely not, when she has heard 5 witnesses testify under oath that there was clearly a fight before the shooting.

D: Paradox of individual who is extremely able and also has a physical disability....difference in template....causes a significant amount of stress

I've no problem with that, but, that still doesn't give him the right to murder someone through a closed and possibly locked door and expect to just continue on his merry way like he did with the dog he shot.

DT are coming home with a strong run!

He was not disabled that night .. he was charging about all over the place, in the dark, on his stumps (according to OP). Two entirely different pictures are being painted here.

D: ...when you are without your prosthesis is the only time you are vulnerable. That is not true. Disabilty impacts on every aspect of your life.

Now talking about a survey he carried out amongst people with a disability. Doesn't mention if one was OP.
