Nel: This witness gave forensic evidence of a psychological nature...

Oldwage is quite upset....lol

Oldwage up again, says Nel spoke 'under a pretext' of saying Prof barred from giving evidence about a patient. OP did not feature in documents Prof used so it doesn't count.

Judge: Objection sustained.

N: What do you see as limitations for the evidence you can give?

D:...am I biased, falling short, overstepping the boundaries....

  • #230
Nel says he is not pushing for prohibition, but rather an argument on why treating practitioner shouldn’t testify.

Nel: Do you understand the principle of conflict of interest?

WD: I have been careful and measured.

N: You described your relationship with him. 6 years. Direct observations, resided together...spent significant amount of time with Mr P in anti-doping. Intimate knowledge. Can you be obejective if that's the case?

D: It depends how you define 'intimate'....

D listing why OP is 'different' (more special?) than other athletes. 'He's won lots of medals'.

  • #234
Well, Nel has allowed the witness to take control of the cross now.

  • #235
Witness back to lecturing the court. Silence from Nel.

OMG this guy is mind-numbing :thud:

Still nothing of substance - so far no challenge to any of the doctor's evidence.

What? Such as his evidence that OP cannot even get a glass of water on his own because of his disability? Nel has just begun with this Quack, wait for it, it's coming...
