Part 2 RE: Fans (4:27)
So the Roder guy had an animation of OP moving the fans (of which we see a quick sec) And so, the defense/these guys had the fans after the state... and they have the extension cord I bet.

The part one youtube is saying not available in your country for me :(

Aw, I'm sorry. I'm in US. Did the other parts work for you?

If anyone finds Part 5, could they post it? I just saw Part 4 and it was not the end.

Yes, the others worked fine, that was just an age restriction on those ones.

E.T.A Now it's saying "this video is private"

Maybe the uploader is editing something?

I haven't seen that the show's on You Tube yet. I've spent many, many hours transcribing it its entirety and I'm just about to start typing it up. I'll do it in segments. As this was intended to be OP's version, I thought it would be very useful to have the text as a permanent record here. I doubt very much I'll have it finished in time for tonight but I'll try.

I missed the first two sets of the Wimbledon final working on this but at least I saw the brilliant last 3 sets. I'm totally knackered now.

Totally off topic, yesterday I had to log in many, many times. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Before it would stay for more than a day but not so now.

Secondly, the thanks problem from before the upgrade is still the same too. Thanks doesn't appear many times and you have to refresh. I really wish both these issues would be addressed. Is anyone else having the login problem or is it just me. Internet's very, very slow so I won't be surprised if I can't get a feed tonight. Maybe the satellites are pointing in the wrong direction.

ETA: As soon as I hit tried to execute this post, pop up box saying I wasn't logged in. I'm going insane.

I was having the same problem. Then I noticed the REMEMBER ME box under the log in. Once I checked that box, no more being booted off.

Did you try to click through from say Part 2? They show all the links to Part 1, Part 3 and Part 4 under each video. Maybe if you can try that way you can get it? Are you in US too?

He was responding to a hypothetical idea of what if the video was an attorney client work product; in that case it is protected. But in this case it seems that OP and Roux did not commission The Evidence Room, but rather OP and Uncle Arnold did, and that would not be protected by the attorney client work product rules.

All of the accusations from the Pistorius Camp came out yesterday and today by OPs lawyer Brian Webber, not by Roux. I doubt that The Evidence Room has had time to consult with their lawyers yet on how they will respond publicly and possibly within the civil court(s), but I would bet that we hear from their lawyers tomorrow or Tuesday latest. I'll bet that they are very upset with what Webber has said about them and they have a very different story to tell.

BIB
I think you have it wrong. Roux is an advocate, the same as what in the UK hierarchy on which the SA advocacy two tier system is based, is called a barrister. Addressing the media is not their job but the attorneys (in the UK solicitor), i.e. Webber, who are in charge of the case management etc. And when did Roux ever make any comment? Webber has slipped the odd comment to reporters outside the court, Roux, Nel, or Oldwage, never. Indeed, until last April, in the UK advocates or barristers were not even permitted to comment on live cases and even now, if they do which is extremely rare, they are limited by strict guidelines given by the Bar Standards Board as to when and on what they can comment. I doubt SA has caught up with this change to the Bar rules so it would not surprise me in SA they are still not permitted to comment at all.

The part one youtube is saying not available in your country for me :(

It won't let me view unless I sign in.

TO THOSE WATCHING THE VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE READ THIS! DO NOT CLOSE YOUR WINDOW. KEEP IT OPEN IF YOU WANT TO WATCH THE VID AGAIN.

Because now the videos are private. So if you go back, you can't watch them.

I did try that but no joy :( I'd downloaded Hola to change my location to Oz in Google Chrome to try and view the Channel7 online prgramme but it didn't work but it did work for the parts 2, 3 & 4 videos.

Can you view 2, 3 and 4 NOW? Because for me now they are showing videos are private. I am able to view Part 1 again because I had that window open I guess. But when I test it using the same link and opening another window, it shows video is private.

But anyway vids are marked private now.

I managed to download them onto my laptop :) Will try to see if the site I used yesterday will upload them but not sure because of length of time.

Interesting. In the time it took for me to watch Part 2, the YT videos went private. Can't get any parts now.

  • #1,519
Whoop is just saying how amazing it is that the video hasn't leaked outside of Australia. :)

Photo stills have spread globally though, so if there's going to be consequences, I don't think the video airing or not will be that important.
