here we go...only one question is "intention"

Did the accused have the required mens rea (intention) to kill the deceased -- onus is on the state to establish beyond a reasonable doubt

Roux is either asleep, apathetic, depressed and/or resigned.

Oldwage is really paying attention to J Massipa, head held high, Roux looks bored and staring at floor, Nel is still madly writing.

"In the (his) response he had no intention to shoot anyone, yet on his own version he approached and armed himself, ready to shoot.

It would be absurd to infer form the accused conduct that he was going to hit the intruder over the head with it, as he could have easily used a cricket bat for this purpose.

This strange conduct…. but would it be reasonable that they armed themselves with a firearm when threatened with danger? I do not think so...

The accused clearly want to shot at perceived danger."

OMG is judgement coming?

J: The accused was a very poor witness...he lost his composure...defense sought to explain it...this argument does not make sense.

I am enthralled with the nitpicky , exquisite detail one gets with a Judge only trial and verdict... simply fabulous...
