imo, he is hating every minute of this. JMasipa doesn't look that impressed either.

I really wish I'd have finished doing my own timeline of how much time Reeva actually spent with OP during their 3 months together. I was going by her tweets and whatsapp messages but the whatsapp stuff was too small for me to read. She certainly never spent as much time with him as he made out on the stand.

I think she was looking over at Reeva's family & friends for cues on how to respond to this heartbreaking testimony. Unable to muster tears for Reeva, she then stared straight ahead, with the same frown on her face that she's worn throughout this trial, as if she's pi$$ed to have to hear that Reeva was and is a victim of her brother's homicidal actions. JMO of course.

Kim explained Reeva stayed with Myers temporarily wwhen she split with Warren. Nel interruoted her story of first meeting with OP for that, now guides Kim back to subject.

KM: She came to the house with Oscar, introduced us, then we drove to restaurant separately. I remember I was quite nervous, frightened meeting this famous personReeva ran out when they arrived, hugged us....she and the children so excited....I remember thinking, 'He's just standing there. Why is he so quite?'.

Kim saying she's in therapy and her daughter is at a centre for coping mechanisms. Her daughter and Reeva were very close. Remember that the Pistorius family stated that they suffered the loss of Reeva as much as her parents. Now everyone can see that this is absolutely not the case. People seem to have forgotten that Reeva's family have been badly traumatised and emotionally damaged by what happened to them, while the ever-loving OP was out not long after hitting on other women.

Okay I'm not really a conspiracy person, but the female assessor is taking notes glancing on the defence side a bit. This is riveting, it's perhaps a surprise to see the assessor look around.

Pistorius had hand over eyes, now he looks up. Not that emotional he starts making notes.*
Gina on the other hand now is sobbing as Martin talks about their closeness.

Roux only wants to ask 2 questions. Can Nel finish today. Nel replies that he must have the time. Masipa says she must finish this week. Nel says he'll be finished by tomorrow afternoon. No pressure. Jeeez.

KM:...at the restaurant, everything went wrong. It was packed. Service terrible....I could see he was getting a little agitated.....I didn't see much affection between them. Nel wants court stood down. He does not want witness crossed today while witness so emotional.
Roux says he won't 'cross'. Just ask 2 questions.
Nel insists he needs time for one more aspect to question witness and repeats his request.

Judge grudgingly agrees.

IMO, Masipa's already made up her mind with regards to sentencing.

This is such BS that My Lady is not available to hear the State's case, regardless of how long it takes!!!!!

She was quite happy to insist the court sat on Saturday when it came to finishing off the heads of argument so I don't see why she couldn't have offered it for Nel's time now.

Mmmm. Man on whoop seems to believe that Roux only wanted to ask two 'no cross' questions that would not have been distressing for Kim. I don't.

very annoying how she is now putting pressure on. compromising the pt time...
she has given roux over 2 and a half days.
her verdict needs to be included too - on friday.

also, roux trying to dictate how the pt runs their show. very arrogant.

this also seems biased towards defence, in terms of time allowed, and the judge's demeanour.
