#OscarTrial Masipa: has ruled out the sentence proposed by Vergeer and Maringa - 3 years house arrest.

judge now onto another case, man who shot his wife as she came out of bathroom and startled him. Accused cut a deal with prosecutors. Culpable homicide.

he got 8 years, wholly suspended.

The accused in another case pleaded guilty. The NPA accepted a plea of guilty to CH. They agreed to the following sentence:

A just sentence shall be 8 years imprisonment, wholly suspended for 5 years on conditions.
