towels and a blac bag was what was covering her, not clothing..

exhibit E this is the body as VON found it.

paramedic shows him. .its a head wound.. right hand side of waist.. wound on right arm above the elbow..

also. left arm, left hand a wound between the fingers..

Von: I asked him what happened but he did not answer me. He was VERY emotional.

anyone else in the house at the time??

afterwards, I moved into the house, towards the kitchen.. in the kitchen, there stood the accused,, later known to me as Oscar etc. he was emotional. I asked him what had happened

he didn't answer when VON asks him what happened .

he identifies himself. he was in civilian clothing necessary to identify himself.

a constable with him constable Christo.

Von: I immediately contacted medical officer, mortuary, forensic....I just gave out the order

R: Anyone else in the house at that time?

Von: A white lady, later known to me as Clarisse Stander....she was standing with the accused, talking to the accused, when she saw me she approached me.

I missed when this guy was sworn in .. he's a detective ?

Anyone else find it disturbing it sounds as though she was covered with black bags and towels? I think black bags and I imagine bin liners/rubbish bags.

I sincerely hope not.

VOn immed contacts the medical officer, the clean up team, the photographers, forensics, and the mortuary..

when I made contact I gave out the order for contacting these to the constable.

there was a white lady there, Clarice Standar.. who was on the scene

what was she doing on the scene?? ( nels)

she was standing with the accused, talking with the accused when she saw me she approached me .

another interjection frm Roux. she was COMFORTING HIM!

she came to me, and I went to see about these plastic bags ( over the body?)

standar clarice, says, pistorious contacted her father, said he needed assistance.

when they arrived on the scene.... mr pistorious was busy taking down the body down the stairs..

nels.. she told you this? yes, this is what she informed me

mr pistoious says to standar. take my car to take reeva to hospital.
standar says no, he would rather get a medical and ambulance

Von: She then came to me and I went to see about plastic bags that were there and then she mentioned Mr P contacted her and her father, that he needed their assistance. When they arrived on the scene, Mr P was busy taking the deceased down the stairs

R: She told you this?

Von: That is what she informed me. She asked Mr Stander to take the deceased to hospital in his car, he'd said he would rather get an ambulance.

Station commander...cop for 29 years. Resigned under a cloud of controversy due to this case.

Von: Clarisse told me she was the one who got the plastic bags to stop the bleeding - also asked Mr P to go to the first floor to get something to stop the bleeding...extra towels.

she then tells me she got the plastic bags to try and stop the bleeding.

* (cant imagine the carnage in that hallway )

she ssaid she asks Oscar for something else to stop the bleeding..

something else>> some other or more towels.. to stop the bleeding.

Von: She and Mr P were the ones who tried to stop the bleeding, then she said Mr Stander called the paramedics....also told me that OP told her he thought that the deceased was an intruder and he shot her.

Von: Milady the accused was still standing in the kitchen. There is an island in the kitchen where the units are.....he was moving up and down there, I asked him to stand next to the basin. He turned about and proceeded to that area.

she and Oscar together, ,try and stop the bleeding. * clarice standar talking to VON

then her father called to the paramedics..

clarice explains to Von.. that Oscar says. I accidentally shot her, I thought she was an intruder..

the accused was still standing in the kitchen..

an island with units in the kitchen.. units on the side also. .

he was moving up and down I asked him to stand and stay on the other side of the island..

he turned about and went to the area I indicated.

Von: At this stage I was unsure where the incident had taken place.

Von: At that stage I thought the other areas were on top, on the first floor......I then ordered Const P to make the place safe, make sure noone comes in or out. At that stage Botha arrived.

I wasn't sure where the incident had taken place.. at this time. in the hallway or in another place..

then I was told that Oscar had carried the body downstairs, then I realized it was on the top floor. or upstairs, however many floors there were

I then informed the constable to make the area secure. no one in no one out without his say so.

then.. he called someone more experienced. I didn't catch the name. an experienced investigation officer..

Von: At that stage he was a more experienced/knowledgeable investigating officer - he was not involved/present at the previous scene....we were all about 24 hours on duty by then.
