Clarity - Pistorius says he broke down the door panels, picked the keys up off the floor on the inside, then unlocked the door himself.

His guard dogs were housed just below the window in the bathroom. The intruder managed to slip by his dogs, used the ladder being used by his civil Contractor to climb up into his bathroom then slipped into his luxurious toilet for a pee or to ogle at his girlie magazines.

and it must have been a deaf burglar, because he chose the one house on that estate where a blue was taking place.. argument between a man and a woman. .

on the top floor too.. just where he decides to make his grand entrance..

1. The bathroom window was open ? - Roux claimed it was closed and that's the reason why witnesses couldn't heard Reeva's screams.....

2. OP stood in the kitchen with Clarice Stander.....

Clarice told van Rensburg: when she and her father arrived on the scene OP was busy taking down the body down the stairs. OP [allegedly] said to Stander: "take my car to take reeva to hospital."
Stander says no, he would rather get a medical and ambulance....

Clarice is Stander's daughter and she is a lawyer.....

Any further questions why OP called Stander first ?

What a mendacious p*** :banghead: :jail:

To confirm, 3 cartridges were found in the bathroom and 1 in the passage.

If the key is on the bathroom side (not the toilet side) why did he need to beat the door down with the cricket bat? Am I missing something?

No, he wouldn't have needed to bash with the bat.

That is one of many new questions brought on by these bloody crime scene pics.

Yes, I just saw that tweet. I don't think it really explains how the key then ended up on the floor again. If a person is in a rush to unlock a door, I just can't see why they would unlock it, then waste time fiddling about to pull it out of the lock again and drop it on the floor?

Van REnsburg says.. the curtains were open, in the bedroom

didn't Oscar get up to pull them closed and bring the fans in?? or fan singular?? first it was one, then it was two.. isn't that when he 'heard the noise in the bathroom??
and if the curtains were open.. how come he didn't see his now vacant bed???

this whole story is falling apart on a daily basis..

whoa. that bathroom window.. either he left it open AND WENT TO SLEEP, or he opened it when he darted back upstairs, or the window is a red herring.

BBM.....this.

that bathroom window was open.. its much larger than the toilet window.. AND the BLINDS< I have that sort myself, wooden slat blinds. like.. colonial blinds. plantation blinds. were descended half way down the window..

not only did he go to sleep with the window open, but with the blinds half way open (/or half way shut depending on your mood)

I call bullsheeyit on this self diagnosis of terror and paranoia

I think I have a similar lock on my bathroom door. I notice when the key is turned to the unlocked position, it does not come straight out when pulled - it has to be jiggled a little. I have several turn key locks like that in the house, and they are all the same; the key does not really pull out accidentally.

ETA...so pic came out sideways. I haven't installed locks in my home that way...

I think his going upstairs whilst Stipp was outside talking to Stander may well be to open the window. Stipp testified the windows were closed at the time of the shooting. However, I recall today during testimony that the last witness said there was nothing on the window. Perhaps that was why OP's hands had been washed so as to leave no traces.

someone, was it mountainmist gave he astronomy details for that night in Pretoria.. ( not astrology. don't be confused ).. it was generally a moonless night ... but Oscar and I live under the Southern Cross constellation.. practically at the same parallel south.. its like a arc of starlight..

I wont have it that it was pitch black .. doesn't matter, because the curtains WERE NOT CLOSED.

I have been given to understand that intruders in SA are brutal SOD’s who won’t hesitate to shot when confronted even by minors during burglaries. Brave heart OP was not fearful for his own life standing in front of his wooden toilet door in pitch darkness to protect Reeva. He screamed to Reeva to call the police, but never bothered to call the police himself after he killed her.

that was another glaring anomaly, Pisto..

because, the car WAS running, the doors WERE open.. when did Standar decide it was a dumb idea??

if he said no, then who DID start the car??

I imagine he would have had to open the curtain to get to the balcony where he clearly stated he shouted for help after firing the shots.
