We have moved on to house pics. Roux did not manage to show any discrepancy in number taken/number of pics in album of OP.

I took 4 photos.. they are in relation to the prosthesis..

at a later time..

4 pics in the garage.. 5 of the prosthesis related..

Roux says.. you took a LARGE NUMBER!! of OSCAR!..

Van Stat merely stares into the distance.

surrounding area of the staircase..

Well, this witness had the gall to take more photos of OP after touring the crime scene.

Botha joined VS for the first time when he was taking pics in bathroom. After VS had been to the ground level.

Roux is trying to track Botha all over the house. Roux wants to have a second shot at his triumph of the bail hearing.

Roux is a bit fixated on Botha.. he is missing stuff with this Botha fetish..

so what we learn is that Van Stat did the gunfire test..

Oscar had washed his hands.. sure..

GSR test accurately detects if the shooter used one or both hands to discharge his weapon,the amount of GSR found on his chest and arms could have been used to conclude with certainty the distance of the gun from his face & chest, but clever OP told Botha he washed his hands and face throughly because they were bloody.

He is lucky. Because that includes pictures of his legs. It is not enough to have charted his body fully, imo. I think injuries may have been missed.

He is lucky. Because that includes pictures of his legs. It is not enough to have charted his body fully, imo. I think injuries may have been missed.

Now I see why Nel just did such a tedious photo by photo examination of this witness. I guess he was confident VS would come out well when examined by Roux. I think he did.

Oscar said he had permission to wash his hands.. now.. this I doubt.. for all the obvious reasons. maybe Clarice Standar washed his hands for him.

Defence were just trying to put the suggestion in the air that photos somehow 'showing' OP's innocence had been concealed. Pretty ridiculous notion, imo. The man was covered in blood, no matter how many photos there were or were not....

Yes, I caught that. But did he tell photo man that, and then go off and wash them and photo man allowed him to? Or had he already done it, and photo man asked why his hands were clean? That's where I am unclear.
