Both legal teams have left the court to go to chambers.

I am guessing.. no more than a guess. that the problem is what Nel referred to yesterday... its not a matter of Van Staden being late.. he is there.. the problem is Roux wants to look at the photos on his own and Nel wont let them out of his sight, and said yesterday, Roux could have them but Van S must be present.. I expect Roux is arguing this imposed condition..

but its just a guess..

here, as I understand it, was the sequence.. all in judges chambers.. then Roux out of judges chambers, now all back in judges chambers..

means probably a decision has been made about something, my guess is Van Stad being present with his photos while Roux goes thru them..Roux doesn't want this and the decision is being delivered, to either Nel or Roux.

While we wait, I have just remembered another oddity I spotted in the photos yesterday.....a pair of jeans lying in the garden underneath the bathroom window. Given that OP has a live in gardener, I can't imagine that they had been there long.
