Someone give a good answer to this question, Oscar gets off the phone to netcare and is told to bring her in at 3:21:11, so why didn't he do it?, why did he not pick her up put her in his car and go?, the answer is he couldn't afford for her to live.

He was preparing to bring her in. He just had to get the plastic bags and rope together first.

How did Dr. Stipp manage to get an ambulance to come so fast?

He didn't! Otherwise, he may have successfully gotten away with it.

Saying she was mistaken for an intruder on that night is the easiest lie in the world. He didn't say anything else until 5 days later.

But he sure did a h#ll of a lot of scrambling when security and a doctor showed up on his doorstep.

If Roux allows Oscar to 'open the door' to new evidence , the prosecution can bring it in in x-examination.. the clip of the watermelon being shot at was one such example.

the phone and internet records have been tabled as evidence. they have yet to be gone thru in their entirety.. Nel can bring up any piece of that 'door ' if a defence witness opens it.

Yeah someone has reminded me above, Oscar "We both agreed not to make a big thing of Valentine's day", that really strikes me as odd considering it's there first valentine's day and also considering Reeva's famous tweet

Technically, Dr. Stipp didn't pronounce Reeva dead. After he assessed her condition (no pulse, no respiration, corneas becoming milky, apparent fatal head wound and other serious gunshot wounds), he said there was nothing more he could do for her. He then went outside where Stander was, asked him if anyone had called an ambulance, to which Stander replied "no". Dr. Stipp then called for one himself, and handed the phone over to Stander after he explained the situation to the dispatcher.

Reeva was DOA when the paramedics arrived.

Good grief is right - if OP had asked Stander to phone an ambulance when he called him, why hadn't Stander already done so? I can't wait to hear Stander's version when he testifies.

IIRC Reeva hadn't planned to be at OP's that night, but "his hurdle" caused her to offer to cook dinner and presumably listen to his woes and offer consolation. She left OP's around 5:30 and returned, likely with groceries. OP got home after 6:00 and said Reeva was cooking a stir-fry in the kitchen at 6:30. He went up to change clothes and, apparently watch , while his beautiful gf remained downstairs alone in the kitchen. How odd is that?

Talking about the LED light. OP wanted to cover the light with the jeans because it was distracting if he went to sleep. However, OP testified that he had been asleep from 10 pm (or 9 pm as I have stated before) until 3 am. So how is it that it was not distracting enough before 3 am?

My thought, he never went to sleep at all that night and neither did Reeva.

It's not a rational thought. It is the ONLY available explanation for the shooting that does not incriminate him. "I thought he/she was an intruder" is not exactly a novel defense... it is a fairly obvious one. All that he needed to do was construct an elaborate reason and set of circumstances around it, which took five days and a large defense team.

Remember, this is the man who, between the time of a gun being fired at Tasha's and management arriving to see what the sound was, had already come up with the excuse that it was his friend who had fired it, and had convinced said friend to take the blame!

The part about the groceries, that is only his testimony. We have nothing that shows that as truth.

And also don't forget... Baba testified that Oscar was just standing upstairs and didn't start walking down the stairs with her until he saw them all in the doorway!

Oscar wants to come off like it was Netcare's fault that they didn't arrive, the Stander's fault for not driving her, Dr Stipp's fault for being a crappy doctor.. And he dramatically inserts while crying "I was yelling for Dr. Stipp to come back and help her". Nobody heard that, nobody testified that. Dr. Stipp went to Oscar's house after a shooting on his own free will to help. Do you really think he stood there for two minutes, barely did anything and didn't give a crap? Of course not!

Oscar has proven over and over and over on the stand that he will literally say and do anything, no matter how absurd, to get out of ALL of this.

Why? Because he's a murderer.

BIB. Ahh! So it was Dr. Stipp's fault that Reeva died! It wasn't OPs fault, he only pumped her full of hollow points (black talons), that was not so bad. :no:

The blue LED light didn't wake OP up. He isn't sure why he woke up. It was warm and he couldn't sleep. However, his testimony is that he went to sleep at 10 pm and woke at 3 am. So when could he not sleep?

Yes, I know I saw that!
I also saw think I saw the psychologist at the prosecution table jot down notes at the same time.

Blame those pesky dentists, physiotherapists that stop (or help ) him do things to make his account credible.

(He's got quite a few tics like this - the food issue and need to be at an exact time for his special diet, getting to or being late to the dentist, physio, whatever appointment. He has a lot of stressors around appearance and schedule.)

If they did, why did Reeva bring his gift to him the day before?

In looking at the photo of the fan in front of the sliding glass balcony doors, duvet on the floor, jeans on the floor I am convinced that no one moved things around before that photo was taken. Not OP and not the police. To me it looks like the room was set for them to still be up and awake. Fan in the doorway of the sliding doors to bring in the cooler air. The duvet looks as if it was thrown off the bed in a fit along with the jeans. I firmly believe that OP knows that was exactly how the bedroom looked before Reeva was shot and killed.
