Did Prior just say: "Lipidity"? Isn't it lividity?

If he says lipidity one more time!

I do believe that John Prior is doing a good job using this witness, Coroner Brenda Dye, to establish reasonable doubt in the jury as to Tammy Daybell's cause of death.

25-min. break. Back at 10:15 MDT. (If that's not accurate . . . math not my strong suit!)

She seems way too timid to match up to Prior, he is going to walk all over her

I guess that will demonstrate how easily this coroner is walked all over by men determined to have their way (i.e. like CD when the coroner arrived after TD's death was reported).

The link posted above did not take me to the correct page - so here is the link I will use for my notes.

Hopefully the ME will set the record straight in his testimony

Yes, it's lividity. The settling of blood that happens to dead people.

Lipids are fats. I'm sure it's one of his many dirty tricks- he probably hopes the jury thinks she had high lipids. A possible health problem.

I hope these tricks... twisting words, cutting off 911 tapes....show the jury that Prior is a lying liar that lies. And that they conclude the untwisted truth won't help his client, so he needs this trickster.

The stomach contents thing is a huge ding against his client, though.

Was it a regular gun, or just a paint ball gun?
And to clarify, you did say Miss Gibb was there while you were jumping the paintball gun, oh-kaaaaay?

Ya gotta be from Idaho, Utah, Montana to understand it.

Just like, how fry sauce so regional to these states.

I wonder if Prior is now rethinking his partial ownership of the Daybell homestead is worth it.

Sits like lump of lard, unmoving, with no facial expression = psychopath and narcissist. Okay.
I don’t think she was just talking about his trial. It’s his behavior from the beginning.

And I am surprised that nobody corrected John Prior for his mispronunciation/mischaracterization of lividity, the condition of which he was speaking! The Coroner herself did not correct him.

Well, if he can get him off, he can rent a room in Chad's former house to Chad.

Yes he says lipidity repeatedly. Isn’t he brilliant? I’m embarrassed for him.

I think she’s scared to say a word to him. She’s barely getting her voice out. But she is pronouncing the word correctly for him.

JP is doing a good job using this witness to establish her incompetence as a coroner. She’s feeling it IMO
