Automatons (that's all my brain keeps thinking)
I wonder if any of them have any medical conditions that could cause a lack of emotion. Maybe medication that keeps them even? I don't know it just feels so icky and cold hearted, especially for her daughter to not show any emotion when speaking about her death. I think I'd show more emotion about a complete total strangers death if it happened in my house than she did for her own mother. I had a moment of thinking maybe she's on the spectrum because I have friends who are and they can be very flat. I don't know them to be liars though actually quite the opposite. They are more direct and state things as they see them without much thought about how others will perceive it. More like hey it is what it is.. not really going to lie to get on anyone's good side or to protect someone. I am not in any way suggesting those that are on the spectrum would murder or lie or any of this.. I was simply speaking for the lack of emotion stand point. I thought that or like I mentioned medication or I guess just because you are a cold blooded person that can speak about the death of your own mother and even lie to protect your dad and show zero emotion about it at all.

It was a bit creepy when his son said he was like his dad.. ugh I though no please don't be like him.

So, let me get this straight. Tammy was tangled in the sheets with her feet, half on and half off the bed. If she rolled out of bed alive, the lividity would have been more upper body, less symmetrical, and of course she would have gone rigor mortis in a different position.

So, we are back to the theory that she rolled out of bed dead. Got it.

Also, I had heard stories about her being found on a couch but never knew where that came from. It sounds to me like Garth admitted to being misunderstood and believed to have said that.

MOO

So she rolled out of bed but then got back in it? Dead? Ok….,
I thought Chad and Garth put her back in the bed. Prosecution will have a field day with all the inconsistent stories!

They're back. Next witness is Joseph Murray (Emma Daybell Murray's husband). Married 7 years in August, with 3 children -- one is a newborn.
I swear if the State doesn't show him the police cam footage and ask him about his wife hiding $9K I will have several cows.

I remember Joseph displayed some pretty peculiar behavior on social media back in the day...and by that I mean 2020.

My theory is that Tammy had been dead already for several hours. Chad gave her some "help" falling out of bed so that he could then call Garth after "discovering her dead".
Garth testified she had not rolled out of bed. She was halfway off the bed.
I’d everyone’s head as spin around as mine? Is there anyone here that could make a list of the inconsistencies?

He was also in the car with Emma when she decided it was a good idea to make faces at a news reporter.
