It is a cumulative time clock, not daily

It seems Chad had a strong dislike for TR. MGibb did not much like her, either. She spoke her mind.
She was disliked by people who use people who like them, and/or are being used by people who claim to like them.

That tells me Tylee held out for real relationships. JJ was not going to change his behavior for love bombs. He could not be used. And she loved that brother enough to move to Idaho.

In a way, Melanie Gibb and Chad were "easy." Fawn a bit about their vapid books, beg to "gather," and you're in. But "easy" apparently wasn't Tylee's thing.

The jury has a question and needs an additional instruction regarding count 6 of the indictment. Instruction #42 will be introduced. The jury will return to the courtroom, including the alternates. Apparently the elements for count 6 were not listed.

Interesting to look at the evidence, I wonder what the "unknown" DNA was on JJ. And I wish we knew what picture was deleted from Tammy's phone, I didn't see a time stamp on it.

So, the theory is that AC killed Tammy? Not CD?

what was in the journal? Why is it relevant? I note that Seths wife's journal is also listed - same questions there.
I don't know if we will ever know.

I can't recall if evidence that was already stipulated into evidence can be obtained by the public after the trial and appeals are over or not.

We will have to ask a journalist.

I knew that, but for some reason I was thinking they had been at it since 8 this morning instead of 10 so 4 hrs today plus 2 yesterday would explain how CourtTV came up with 6 total.
Dumbass me giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were correct lol.
I should never post things without thinking them through. Sorry for any confusion I caused. Since I had Covid 5 months ago my brain has not been the same. Main reason I don’t talk much on here anymore lol.

You are NO dumba**! Thank you so much for your contributions here.

I hope you feel more fully recovered soon.

If I read the indictment correctly, the question is regarding the first degree murder charge for Tammy?

Yes, it appears so. It looks like part of the jury instructions was missing.

11:07 a.m. The judge will add the instruction to the others and the jurors will take it back with them to the jury room. Jurors are dismissed. Prior asks if there will be a 30 minute warning when a verdict has been reached. Boyce says yes. Chad, wearing an ankle monitor, stands up and is waiting to be escorted out.

Tammy's cousin who knew Tylee said in an interview that Tylee didn't get along with Charles either. I understand that she took Lori's side. Back when Lori and Charles were still happily married I'd be surprised if Tylee had problems with Charles.

I think there was a 40-minute warning in Lori's case (time until the verdict was read).

She lives in Arizona and the Vallow family was in the same church ward for a while. Her daughter and Tylee were friends.
